I ordered from here via Doordash last night. I don’t know where to start. “Bumpy chicken” , black burger patty (no thank you), a grilled chicken salad with a tablespoon of chicken, VERY cold fries and Chili. EVERYTHING was cold. No sauce I paid for. I used to LOVE Wendy’s. No more at ALL. This isn’t the first time this has happened, regarding inedible food. I, literally threw everything in the trash and got my $ back…..then just ate a corndog I had here I opted out of touching/consuming ANYTHING they sent. Shame on Wendy’s. Downhill x100. If I could a zero star I would. Absolutely and angrily disgusted @ what they think is ok to put out.

This place needs to shutdown and get revamped. Start over. Start with a whole new staff and management.
We asked for two chilies with cheese and neither one came with cheese. No sour cream packets either.
My soda tastes like vanilla and I asked for regular coke.
Read all previous reviews, you will see the pattern. If certain staff members that work on certain days or time the reviews are four stars or higher and if other certain staff members work the reviews are lower.
Oh, and on some occasion you might smell weed strongly.

Loretta at the drive thru window is extremely rude. Didn’t greet me or anything but managed to drop my card in the drive thru before I even had my hand on it. So that was frustrating then I go to the window to get my breakfast burrito and it literally wasn’t even wrapped. The tortilla shell wasn’t even put together and the paper wrapping it was supposed to be tight in was open in the bottom of the bag with half the egg laying in the bag. DISGUSTING! I demanded my money back. I Will never be back. Good thing Burger King is back open!

Just got Uber Eats and paid all those fees and the receipt was right but not a bit of cheese on my burger and I paid extra for extra cheese . I didn’t want onion but onion was on there .. get it together!! WORST FAST FOOD PLACE IN LANCASTER !!

After waiting a good 10 minutes for our order in the drive-through line, it finally arrived, and it arrived very cold, and just look at this combo number six chicken sandwich like that is just sad. Thin, cold, sad looking sandwich. We also ordered two Dave’s doubles with cheese six piece nugget with fries total came to $35. Lol wack

Have stopped here a few times for breakfast. They seem to always mess up my burrito order whenever I come here and I’m not sure as to why. The employees are nice at the window and do a great job of making a good atmosphere. Just wish they would give a little more attention to the food. All in all, not that bad of a place to stop in the Lancaster area.

Each time I’ve come through this drive-thru, employees are friendly and fast. Even if the line seems long, we are consistently able to get our food quickly. I’ve only eaten inside a few times in the past couple of years, but each time it has been cleaner than most fast food restaurants. Food is always accurate.
