We went to try the OM Cheeseburger. I haven’t been to Applebee’s in years. The atmosphere looks the same. It is past time for a renovation. The burger is being hyped but it was decent enough for the price. My server was very nice but we did experience long waits for the check. My company was everything. All in all, we enjoyed the experience.

On a trip to meet up some family members- we decided to dine at this location. Immediately upon entering I could feel the vibe – like a burst of positive energy & enthusiasm music was playing and thumping – from the hostess to the managers to the server- just a Cracker Jack experience- there were a crowd of people- several at the bar – others at tables. The hostess recognized we were a bit accessibly challenged- seated us very close to the front door without us requesting which is not always the case at other establishments. There were a couple steps to our booth but there were handrails to assist & she watched to make sure none of us fell. I was really impressed- the managers were equally friendly- attentive. Our server gave us plenty time to select from a very versatile menu. We had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer- they were fresh hot the cheese oozing at first bite. I had the ribeye steak with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes- very mouth watering- steak tender- cooked to my specifications. Another person had the full rack rib entree with mashed potatoes & string beans – very generous portions – enough for another meal- the ribs had soaked up the sauce and the sauce was dripping off the ribs – little packs for hand cleaning after completion of the meal. Another person had a chicken meal- the plate was loaded- no take home here- she cleaned the plate – stated how delicious the selection was. All throughout our meal the server and managers checked on us.I was told on Friday nights people be standing outside waiting to be seated.Accessible free parking and wheelchair accessible as this a ground location. There are a couple benches outside for convenience. As it was dark when we finished our meal- notably the restaurant lit out – different colors- different- brilliant- made it stand out from other restaurants in the area. I would absolutely visit this location again when in the area

It was nice and quiet on the night we went. Wasn’t very busy at all. That’s what I like. It was a very cold night. I guess a lot of folks stayed home. We didn’t. Food was good. Haven’t been here in awhile, and now here we are.

The servers hair was long and he kept running his hands throw it. We had to send back the food because it was cold. My wife’s dish came with chicken and sausage. She had three pieces of sausage in the whole dish. My ribs were warm on the ends but the center was cold. If they are short staffed they should tell you up front. Will never go back to this location!

When everyone said we want to go to Applebee’s I was hoping for a comeback and for some areas it was better. Staff was nice. Just the food was all over the place on timing, flavor, and temperature. All the pastas and some peoples fries were cold and seem to take a long time…it was not busy at all..only one person decided to send back since we have all worked in resturants…. The one appetizer came out 35 seconds before the food and the waitress was wonderful but having to deal with the kitchen errors and she was new-ish as a waitress. I cant recommend this location which stinks because the food can be decent and affordable.

My wife and I have always been big fans of Applebees l, especially their late night half priced appetizers. Our the food and service from our last visit was good however the inside was somewhat dirty and we were met with this large cockroach while leaving the restaurant. It is summer time currently with a high heat index which may drive bugs inside however this left me with a scary thought and bad taste in my mouth.

Someone dragged me here unexpectedly, and the reviews are accurate. The inside is run down..They have american flags in every corner and birthday decorations hanging around the bar area. Service was okay…and the food / drinks could be much better! The cesar salad was about $15 & some of the lettuce was turning.

Applebees, your days are limited!!! If you don’t want to give people anything for their birthday, DON’T OFFER IT. I take what was given to me as a pure insult. I’ve learned my lesson!!! Take my advice, if you want any of your days ruined just

The food and service was horrible!!! I eat at this Applebees on a regular but tonight they sat me with a waitress who was more concerned about being on her cell than helping the customers!! After the food arrived we noticed it was burnt, but the waitress was no where to be fiund we waited about 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to the table and after sending the fiid back it took about 20 mibures minutes for fresh food. The waitress forgot about serving us aa she never asked if we wanted refills never gave us napkins and the silverware was dirty! I ended up going to the bar to grab napkins and plasticware because the waitress disappeared. Poor service!!! Will not be visiting this location again!!
