Slipped coming into the dining area right away. Rug pushed back it was raining, no wet floor sign. The Chinese young girl was rude she did not want to be there it was obvious, As for the other employees eating biscuit sandwiches in the back. My one item had eggs on it(cold) and the cheese cold. I asked to replace it. The manager did not seem thrilled that I had complained about the cold egg sandwich.
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Luckily, I don’t live here.

The drive-thru didn’t work on one side so I had to drive back around and to the other side to order, not a big deal so it’s whatever, but after ordering it was so strange… the first worker was young, so I cut him some slack and even helped him figure out how to put my change into the Ronald Mcdonald house box. After doing so, he said nothing. Not pull up, or thank you or anything. So I put my window back up (its 23° outside) and waited for the next person to pull up. I then pull forward and am greeted by…. absolutely nobody. I see people working in the window, someone even sees me, looks at me and keeps walking. No real signage to say I should wait or pull up, so I pull up to the next window after the next car pulls away. . . Someone finally after 5 minutes comes to the window and proceeds to ask me what I ordered and says this line is for other orders (?) .. I apologized and said nobody said a word to me or waved me on or anything so I just followed the flow of the other cars…. a few minutes later I got the drinks (ABSOLUTELY NO ICE IN THEM), double quarter pounder was cold, fries were OK. Overall, it’s fast food, so I guess I can’t complain other than give the 2 stars for strange interactions with employees.

So sad to have had a bad experience today. Went to the 1st window sat there for several minutes nobody opened it up drove to the 2nd window set there for about 2 minutes finally somebody opened it and had. Hazardly gave me my food, the drinks weren’t even full when I commented on it he just shrugged his shoulders give me the rest of the food and then close the window. I had already prepaid on the app so he didn’t give me any type of salutations or anything.Just bad service. Not the 1st time I had bad service here either. I posted a couple pics about how they serve my pancakes pretty bad. I have never seen my plates put sideways and everything jammed in the bag like that.

They seemed a little confused and we’re having trouble with the orders but the food was good. And we did get what we ordered. So 9/10 for that. Took a while, and we heard gunfire outside close so that was scary.

It’s a local spot, but they mess up every order I’ve gotten. From no bacon on a bacon & cheese quarter pounder to missing fries. The rootbeer seems to be messed up as it doesn’t taste like rootbeer. If it wasn’t for them pulling me for my two sandwichs and one fry, I wouldn’t have known until I had left. Then they gave me a good rootbeer saying they just changed it, during a lunch rush… I would just head to the interstate one if you want some food, this location is a joke right now, McDonald’s themselves need to do something.

So I went to McDonald’s last night because they forgot my wife’s nuggets a few days prior and they said they’d replace them and I decided to order McDoubles while I was there I get home and open them up and they are all ripped in half and the one looks almost like bites out of it? So they remake them and I get home and the remade patties are covered in salt and burnt needless to say I will not be coming back! I know I shouldn’t expect much from McDonald’s but this is rediculous!

This is the second or third time I’ve walked over on my short lunch break to this location and stood in the lobby for more than 5 min waiting to be served. Today I stood there and another employee from another store had to get someone’s attention to do what I assume was an instore transfer or something and witnessed 5 employees discussing non work related topics in a huddle.. if you are in a hurry not the location to go.. will be spreading the word about this location to all my friends n family.
