Went to Buffalo Wild Wings off Beckley Rd in Battle Creek on New Years Day, we went late afternoon and and they weren’t busy at all. They appeared to have more take out/delivery orders. I will start by saying the food was excellent, drinks were on point but….. the server Hannah was not on her game that day. She never made eye contact, was extremely dry with her personality, but became much more helpful when the check came, lol because it was time to tip. After providing the receipt, I needed an extra box and I was not able to find her so I stopped the server Ciera, she was so helpful, kind, she smiled and made small talk as well as made eye contact with us. Thank you to Ciera for being so kind to us after the dry attitude we received during our Dinner. Hannah appeared to not wanna be at work that day. I always tell people who work on major holidays, thank you for being here to serve us, its much appreciated.

My husband and I went here today and were 100% dissatisfied with the service we received from Ryan. From the start, he acted like we were an inconvenience and it was difficult to get him to acknowledge us. Our food came out and one of our orders was wrong, we went to correct it but he had already aggressively sat our food down and walked away. He forgot our silverware and sauces so we had to wait a while for those. He never once checked in on us and we had to reach out and ask for refills. We finished eating and waited about 20 minutes for the bill- he was at another table sitting and joking around, ignoring all of the other tables he was supposed to be helping. I finally had to go ask another server if she wouldn’t mind printing off our bill so we could pay and leave- she was very sweet and I wish we had gotten her name. She told Ryan that we had asked for the bill, he came and slapped it on the table and asked if we needed anything else. I went to express how blown off we felt and he rolled his eyes, gave a thumbs up and stormed away. We’ve truly never been treated like this and can’t believe that any restaurant would want Ryan representing them.

We ordered take-out and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Our order was ready to pick when scheduled, it was hot, and the service was attentive (I was noticed to be waiting and called over immediately), friendly, and efficient. We will certainly be going back for either another pick-up order or maybe to dine-in.

I placed a pickup order and drove 20 minutes to get there. When I arrived, they handed me the bag and I left, trusting everything was correct. But when I sat down to eat, I realized the order was completely wrong: I had ordered two triple burgers with two fries, and they gave me two double burgers and no fries at all. No explanation, no apology. Very disappointing I won’t be coming back.

What you expect at BBW. I sat out on the patio to ease my eyes from the screens and my ears from the music. I wonder sometimes…do corporate food businesses really think the customers need that many screens and loud music to enjoy good wings? Anyway…that is not a reflection of this particular location. I did give you a 5 star reviews so my comments should not reflect on your rating. Your staff did a good job.

Ordered our food over an hour in advance (selected a 10 min window for our pickup). Arrived within the window and waited 15 min past the window time. The girl at the counter wouldn’t speak loud enough for anyone to hear and the guy that finally came out was just complaining about how understaffed they were. Upon arriving home, we discovered they left out a sandwich from our order and the food we had to wait on wasn’t hot. So I’m assuming it was just sitting back there for quite a while. Overall, disappointing experience. The only good thing about Bdubs anymore is the flavor of their sauce. The chicken is always a poor texture and the service is terrible.

Location is nice, but clearly understaffed. There were 7 people today waiting to be checked in at the front desk. Took forever for someone to show up. When i got sat down, it took forever and no one came get my order. I then left. Not coming back

I was blown Away by this visit!! I actually got nice meaty wings that were cooked perfectly and perfectly saucey!! I’m impressed, keep it up!! Only reason for 4 stars, the side salad has gone WAY downhill, mostly iceberg with some romaine stems, and Very light pink tomato slices…. it used to be all dark green with dark red tomato quarters and fresh parmesan slices, such a shame!!

The smash burger was pretty good. The fries were inedible, they were so salty. My drink had a pretty large bug inbeded in the fruit. I’d eat a burger there again but I’d skip the fries and the old fashioned.
