I typically don’t leave reviews for fast food cause they are all pretty much the same but this one was by far the worse I have been to.
First off the lobby was gross to say the least. Both garbage bins where overflowing. Most of the table looked like they hadn’t been clean and you could skate on the floor.
Secondly it took 22 mins to get two large drinks which where a coke and sweet tea.
Now I can understand being backed up in orders because of the drive-thru or how many people are inside but that wasn’t the case here. When we had entered the establishment there was not that many people inside nor too many in the Drive-Thru, but yet it still took 22 minutes to receive two large drinks. I honestly would never go back to this place.

Sign on interstate says truck and bus parking when I get close, I could see obviously there’s no room to get a semi in there
After reading a bunch of the reviews, I’m glad I didn’t stop in there cause I don’t have a half an hour to wait for food. It’s supposed to be fast.

I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. My order was messed up twice. The first time, they put onions on my food even though I didn’t ask for any. I went back to get it fixed, and the replacement was just as bad — the patty was hard and overcooked. At that point the food was basically inedible. I expect better quality and attention to orders, especially after giving them a second chance. Very disappointing.

Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for cold food. This could possibly be due to employees at the counter talking with their friends instead of actually working. I have been here three times over the past year. It keeps getting worse and worse. Looking at reviews, I am sure the canned response I might get will be spectacular.

They owed me a hash brown because they forgot it in an order and I still haven’t gotten it. They usually get th order correct besides that. Also may I add I hate that they make you pull around in front of the door to wait for your food so it doesn’t mess up their drive through timing but, you end up waiting forever

My early morning visits to McDonalds are always greeted by friendly, courteous staff. In my experiences, any time there’s a short wait, I’m politely informed & I’m still met with efficiency. That being said, I’m happy to wait a few extra minutes if I’m getting hot, fresh fast food to go.

Curbside app service didn’t work, so had to go in to get the order, and all the doors to the lobby were locked, so then had to get wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get the order. They did remake the food though so it was at least warm.

Pure chaos from the moment I walked in. A crowd of people inside waiting for their food, drive-thru customers coming inside to beg for their food cuz they’ve been waiting outside for 20 or more minutes. Aside from taking forever to bring food out, both the men’s and the women’s bathrooms were completely out of toilet paper at 10am, which shouldn’t be possible if you properly stocked the bathroom overnight. Can’t even get a napkin without asking since they’re hidden behind the counter. If you can’t maintain the basics on the customer facing side, it makes you wonder about what you don’t see. Would not come back here again.

Ordered for pick up and waited TWENTY minutes when the parking lot and drive through are very empty. Try to go inside and find out the lobby is closed. A worker says go through drive through and I will get your food for you. Sit in drive through for another ten plus minutes and still haven’t gotten our food. HORRIBLE service. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left a long time ago.

Drive through sucks. Ordered bacon egg cheese mc griddle meal screen says biscuit. Corrected them twice, once at the window to pay still says biscuit corrected them again lady walks away. Picking up the meal the person handing it to me says they got it corrected only to hand me a sasage egg and cheese. If you take 25 minutes to prepare “fast” food atleast get the order right
