I started out in a happy mood at thos location…simply because I seen Ronald McDonald’s. Then I was even greeted by my order taker. My food was ready within 1 minute…..and it was cold. When I asked my order taker for fresh food he got an attitude. They really need to work on they’re customer service skills here.

Nice place and playground for the kids.
The food was good, and fast service, the place was clean and the employees always cleaned to maintain the place clean.
The playground is great and clean.
Also, the playground area had many tables for the parents and kids to eat and watch their kids while eating.
Also, my kid was very amazed at the restroom’s playground area. And as a parent, I appreciated it.
It had a small toilet and sink for the kids very practical and functional for kids.
The only thing the restrooms were a little dirty.
Overall good experience and this location and will come back in the future.
Ps. It would be fantastic if they put a soap dispenser, next to the sink for the kids.

Today I went for a coffee. I specifically told them please make it fresh today at 4:54 PM I drink coffee from McDonald’s every day. The coffee is I think 4 to 5 hours old and they argue with me. The coffee is fresh which is I am a coffee drinker. I didn’t argue with them. I came outside and put it in a trash not a good service and very old coffee. I am extremely disappointed.

I have been coming here for some time now. More now that my monkeys are older and like to play in the play place. Never had any complaints. Your typical McDonald’s.
This last visit was during the week around 9am on a Wednesday. The place had over 30 patrons. Busy for sure but clean.
Food came out without any issues. Everything as expected. Staff was helpful.
My son was able to play in the play place.

Had a mobile order and forgot to order drinks. Went through the drive through and orders a large Coke and large ice water due to a friend not wanting a sugar drink and the charge me for a sweet tea for the water…that’s crazy. Won’t be coming to this location again

I ordered through mobile app, waited in line at drive thru. I also asked for a cup of water cashier said sure. I’m told go to stall 1 I’m waiting for my food. I believe a manager older Hispanic guy comes out to give me food. I asked, “where’s my cup of water”? He replies, “oh, you need go back in line at drive thru”, I’m like are you serious. I drive through line, there’s a lot of cars so I go back to stall one. I walk inside all mad, like this so called manager in a vest couldn’t come back with a cup of water.??? There is a schedule on the door that says this establishment is open until 11. I arrived at almost 10 (the doors were closed). But delivery for cars is working. Therefore, let the manager who receives a salary for his work, take 10 minutes and write a truthful schedule. Otherwise, there is no need for a manager there if he does not know how to do his job.

Yuri the manager did an excellent job, she took care of me even when I came back to say the first burger patty was burnt can you please make me a new one. She did not hesitate twice and made me a fresh new quarter pound burger fresh and with a good attitude. Thank you and I will be back!
