My wife absolutely loves a Chick-fil-A Spicy Southwest salad with crispy chicken nuggets and avocado ranch dressing. Yes, I have her regular order saved in the app. Myself, I will get a Cobb salad with regular ranch dressing plus a spicy chicken sandwich. The salad is good, but the chicken sandwiches at Chick-fil-A are top notch. It is always “my pleasure” to order food from Chick-fil-A.

woah. let me start off by saying i worked at a chick fil a so understand how some things are simply out of your control however, why on earth did it take almost 30 minutes for a mobile carry out order. i understand it’s not the front end teams fault so it must be an issue with your kitchen. i know mobile carry outs are not a priority but that is ridiculous and your kitchen needs serious readjustment. maybe dont stop making breakfast before breakfast ends. seriously disappointing, hope you guys fix your kitchen.

Tried the mobile pick up order for the first time. They forgot half of our order so I went back in and said we need to get the rest of our food. And also mentioned that the fries were completely stale and cold. Instead of remaking the fries they just gave me another order of disgusting stale fries.

I would expect that from a Burger King, but not from Chick-fil-A. Not the typical Chick-fil-A standards.

Also, the bread was stale.

Stopped in around 9pm pm a Sat evening. Dining room was empty but staff was still cleaning and ready to help serve us. Got our food out fast with a smile and thanks for coming in.

Who in the history of Chick-fil-A ever has a bad thing to say about the customer service? They have set the industry standard. Always polite, cheerful and ready to help. The only issue I ever have is that i am a fatty. They never ever ever fill up your large waffle fries. It’s always half full… Never half empty because it’s Chic-fil-A and optimism is everything.

Had an exceptional visit today. Ida stopped by our table several times to check on us. I haven’t had service this good in some sit-down restaurants. Other fast food places have a lot to learn to catch up with Chick fil A’s level of perfection. They had a huge bouquet of flowers in the sitting area and in the restroom. Such attention to detail.
