My wife and I visited McDonald’s today, and we were very pleased! The place was surprisingly nice and clean. Our order was prepared incredibly quickly, which was very convenient since we were in a hurry. Everything was fresh and delicious, as always. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff and the overall atmosphere. We will definitely visit again! We recommend it to anyone who appreciates fast, tasty, and quality service.

On my way to work, I stopped and I ordered 2 orders of bacon, which should have been 4 slices, but was given 2 1/2 slices of bacon. I called the store and asked for a manager and the phone was laid down and I was eventually hung up on. I called back three more times from 8:00 to 8:08 a.m. and no one would answer. At 8:08 a woman picked up the phone and said a manager will call me and she laid the phone down with open air. Then the phone was off the hook. I wanted a refund. This behavior is so unprofessional it’s disgusting. I have contacted the owner directly, so if McDonald’s posts that they would be happy for me to contact them (as many store owners do when they’ve been given a bad rating), please know that my rating stands. You have the most ignorant people working in your store that I have ever seen. I want a refund and you will never get my money again. Let me give you workers a piece of advice: If you can’t do a good job at McDonald’s, you will never get anywhere in life. You will have no future and will never be a success. You need to examine yourselves and the owners need to examine the people they hire! I have been going to this store since it opened in the 1980s and you just lost a lifelong customer!

$9 on a Fil-A-Ofish and they can’t even serve a full slice of cheese in it. That is a friendly reminder to myself one pf the main reasons why I chose not eat at McDonalds anymore. Besides the unhealthy food reputation, the presentation is what you see in the picture always.

The McDonald’s app apparently doesn’t work with this particular restaurant. We placed an order on the app about 15 minutes before breakfast ended and headed over. We usually don’t wait that late but it was a busy morning, the order went through and we got the confirmation. We got to the store at 11:05am and they refused to give us the order. They said they don’t make anything until the customer arrives and they had nothing left. If I rolled my eyes any harder at hearing that I’d have strained them.
But, thanks for saving me the money and calories I guess. We headed over to Eggcellence (which is a couple minutes away if you’re wanting a decent breakfast)

This morning I had a hankering for a McDonald’s breakfast hash brown. Hot and crispy directly out of the frier, I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Cashier was friendly. I ordered 1 cup coffee and no line at all. Just me. I waited over 13 minutes for my coffee. No apology.

Every single time i have ordered a burger with no chese its been made wrong, with cheese on it. Mobile orders, delivery, everything ive tried i still get my orders wrong and it’s put me off from ordering from this business. Lunch rush or not, my food should be edible when i receive it.

I work in Annapolis. I usually order from the McDonald’s on 2130 Generals HWY. Usually, I don’t have any problems but today 08/27/2023, the food was cold, hot chocolate was cold, and my apple pies were extremely hard and old. Glad management corrected the mistake
