Received this punched-flat chicken sandwich (not the spicy chicken I ordered). Honestly the picture doesn’t do it justice, this thing got pounded.

Box is very dirty inside and out with condiments that did not originate from my sandwich, which I can only hope came from some very messy gloves.

A bunch of napkins were shoved into the bag like tissue paper into a gift bag.

This is not the first time this Freddy’s location has disappointed. It will be the last.

This experience at Freddy’s was extremely dissatisfying, spent a collective 45 minutes trying to get through the drive thru. It took 15 minutes to even order, then another 30 to get our order. Once the order was received it was cold and food was smashed. The staff member running the window did not seem competent because we arrived at the window and paid then immediately got the cold food. It seems like it had been sitting there awhile. I was surprised it took a long time because the drive thru was not that busy, it was sad to see how bad they were struggling. Along with bad service we didn’t any of sides even after it was confirmed. It would seem this Freddy’s keeps going down hill.

I pulled in to this location at approx 4:05 today, no one in line. Pull up to the speaker and the young man welcomes me promptly, upon answering him there was radio silence, so I repeated myself, I then get a snippy response of “Could you hold on just a minute I’m trying to do like 5 things right now”
You bet buddy!! I backed my car right out of there and drove to a different location. Never will I ever visit that location again!!

Hamburger was overcooked to the point it was almost dust at the edges. Service was slow at the cash register and getting the food. The dining area was clean and comfortable. While the staff was nice, a more competent person at the register and grill.

Customer service was top-notch! I had a relatively large order, and they were very patient and took all my orders.

Friday night is a VERY popular time at this location! I went through the drive thru and it took over 20 minutes.
I am a big fan of chili cheese dogs and Freddy’s was recommended to me for this. I came here simply to try that dish. The chili cheese dog is rather expensive. $4.39 for something I could make at home for a fraction of the cost. The bun is big, the hot dog is long and skinny. It looks like there’s lots of chili on it, but it’s just an illusion. You mostly pay for bun with this dish.
For my chili cheese dog, the bun and the chili was warm, the cheese was melty but the hot dog was cold. Not a happy chili cheese dog experience for me.
On a happy side note, despite being CRAZY busy the staff was upbeat and friendly. They even gave me fry sauce even though I didn’t order any fries.

Saw on Google they were open until 11pm. Typically I don’t like going places right before they close. When we pulled up to the drive thru, silent treatment. That’s fine. We wait for about 3 minutes. Had gotten there at 9:50 PM. I get it. Schools back in session, so the time might not have updated yet.

What frustrates me, is when I pull up, I see they are wearing the headset inside. So it’s been beeping at them for 3 minutes and they don’t say a word. And lo and behold, there’s a customer waiting on their food at the window.

So I either have to reverse all the way through their drive thru, or wait for this customer to be helped. Not great options. Would’ve been really nice to have been told “hey, we’re closing, but there’s a car waiting at the window around the corner.” But maybe they were nervous I’d demand service anyways. I’m not sure.

We decided to get Twisters and it was fantastic. We’ll be going to them and Culver’s from now on. Thanks for reading!

Drive thru service is super slow. They need a parking process or something. I appreciate getting hot food but it’s not timely to hold the whole line up. The same 3 cars have been in front of me, and haven’t moved since I ordered.
