Just wanted to give a big shout‑out to the manager, Michelle and her Waffle House team today. They were slammed, dishes pilling up everywhere, customers orders not going as planned and the whole team was feeling the pressure.
She briefly gathered the crew to offerer a few encouraging words, and from what I observed, showed genuine appreciation and compassion for her staff.
The Waffle House Team seemed to know their regulars and ‘old timers’ really well and greeted each by name, genuine and personal in the same way as Michelle cared for her staff- i appreciated seeing that kind of leadership and kindness by all the Waffle House team. Great Job all around.

If I could give this location a zero stars I would. I visited this Waffle House location on February 8th around 4:00 PM with two friends, and the service was extremely disappointing.
When we entered, we were not greeted at all and were instead stared at in a way that made us uncomfortable. Our server—who I believe was named Nyeisha—did not acknowledge us when we spoke to her and threw our utensils onto the table without saying anything.
Throughout our time there, she continued to stare at us, roll her eyes, and make us feel unwelcome. She never took our order. However, when another customer came in shortly after, she immediately greeted him warmly, laughed with him, and started his order right away.
The contrast in treatment was obvious and extremely uncomfortable. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this location, and I will not be returning.

It’s been years since I’ve been to WH mainly because it’s usually extremely busy when I pass by. But I really have to compliment this one by far the best experience I’ve had. Staff was friendly in particular our server he was awesome. Food was on point

If I could give zero stars I would ! Just left here for breakfast and walked in 4 young ladies laughing extremely loud! .. we didn’t pay it much mins ya know it’s work! We sat down and she gave us our soda which was out of fizz so I was trying to get her Attention.. but her and another coworker were too busy trying to get the attention of a man that was eating there that they both liked. She was also texting on her phone as if she was sitting on the couch. After 3-4 attempts and in an effort not to be disrespectful I just got up and left. Cigarettes, a chair and someone drink was right at the door yet a large sign says no smoking THIS establishment made waffle house look terrible and the dining area, restroom was sooo dirty but they had time to I mean obnoxiously laughs and Aw over this man who was clearly uncomfortable and just trying to leave and pay for his meal.. NEVER going here again !

The entire staff pays too much attention to greeting customers as they enter and leave vs doing the main job of serving customers once they are seated. Poorly managed location. Also the jukebox regularly malfunctions.

The slowest and the worst Waffle House I’ve been to. The food took a while just getting any kind of service took long. Spent over an hour just to eat and wait for food. The place was nasty and dirty. Couldn’t even get my order right. Food was tasteless too. Horrible place.

Came at 2 and apparently everyone on break. No one greeted us or looked interested in cleaning the table. Only one sweet girl Jordan who looked to be doing everyone’s job she even jumped in to try to cook and it seems that’s not her job because a man came in looking for his Togo order that wasn’t even in process of being cooked. Literally everyone was outside besides her and one other young woman and the one still inside looked clueless. Never walked in to no one cooking at a Waffle House with all tables full. How everyone just decide to not work? Only Jordan had a good attitude and literally trying to do everything.
