Horrible experience with whoever chrome dome (baldy) is at the drive through. Was rude as hell. Yelled at us and looked furious because I turned around to ask my girl what kind of sauce she wanted after he asked and I guess I didn’t do it fast enough for him even tho there was no rush at the line. Went for some tacos, a bald, brown dude with glasses was rude ash. My bf asked me what sauce I wanted and I said taco sauce and he said it to the employee. I guess the guy couldn’t hear and he yelled “you need to speak up I can’t hear you” in an angry tone even though we had just said it once. The reply should be “I’m sorry sir, I couldn’t hear you, can you repeat that please”. What kind of customer service is that, you don’t even respond that way to anyone. Y’all need to stop employing people who are miserable with their lives and take it out on someone else. When he gave us our food he had snatched the bag and angrily extended his arm out for us to take it.

I always go here on my electric scooter, they always make your food hot and ready, and do their best to treat you with kindness and will help you with what ever you need, Bathrooms are also very clean too, try number 16 combo with an egg roll and onion rings, can’t wait to come back again : D

I am very disappointed I asked for some curly fries and they gave me a mix of regular fries and curly fries besides that they were cold. They were very rude and they were rushing me with my order and this is not the first time this has happend and I’m getting tired of it, it’s ridiculous of how unprofessional these workers are.

Maria at the front counter told me she couldn’t make my food because I just recently ordered it on the application . She stated the order couldn’t have been put through since i just placed it . I’m only making this review because it’s unfair to those that want to save on a deal thats in app only and want to save and be on their way . Online orders , take your business somewhere else
