My friends and I arrived at this Waffle House and sat down in the back left corner. The noise level within the restaurant was moderate, allowing for easy talking and fun conversations. After around 3 minutes, the server arrived and took our drink orders. I ordered a water and my friends ordered a coke and a chocolate milk. The water was pretty good and it was very fresh. On the other hand my friends got a second drink due to the high quality milk and coke. We then ordered our food and I ordered an all star special meal. I had scrambled eggs, covered(cheese) hash browns, toast with jam, and a buttered waffle with a large amount of syrup added on top to enhance the already amazing flavor of the Waffle House specialty waffle. My first friend ordered a bacon egg and cheese hash brown bowl and rated it 4.5 stars out of five. When it first arrived at the table it looked a little intimidating due to the nice large size, but eventually he dug in and finished it with ease. Austin, my other friend, also ordered an all star special meal, including a waffle, scrambled eggs, wheat toast, smothered and chunked hash browns.he rated it a 4.8 stars out of 5 stars. He stated that he really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the out of town restaurant. My dad also got the chicken and egg meal. Rated five stars and was prepared perfectly to his standards. They even diced his chicken,limiting the use of the knife, lowering the chance of cutting himself. He ordered coffee and rated his coffee 4 out of 5 stars. He ordered some coffee creamer but the delivery was a little slow but when it came, it came in much volume of around 5 packs. Preston’s dad got an all star special meal including a waffle, scrambled eggs, scattered hash browns, and some wheat toast. He also ordered coffee and appreciated it very much. Austin’s dad got an all star meal with two sunny side up eggs and some hash browns along with some grilled cheese instead of toast. This will conclude my review of this amazing 5-stars Waffle House in Lula.

Our dinner experience at Waffle House near Alto, Georgia on Highway 23 on Friday afternoon 10/24/2025 was just superb. Trinity waited on us and was really hustling to take care of all the customers, and yet she still managed to check back with us repeatedly to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed something more such as more coffee. Our order was served up quickly, was exactly correct, and perfectly cooked.

It was slammed for a Sunday brunch time. The atmosphere was very lively, the server was stretched between her tables, and the caller translated the order wrong. And messed up a waffle house bacon cheese burger. It came to us with no pickles or bacon and didn’t have condiments. The mayo pack the waitress handed us wasn’t even mayo.

We walked in and sat at a booth. The waitress quickly asked what we wanted to drink. While the waitress got our drinks I laid my morning medicine on a napkin, which I placed on my menu. I had 11 pills laid out. I have to count them and compare them to each other to not to take the wrong thing. The waitress returned and took our food orders. After we placed our orders the waitress attempted to taked the menu which had my medicine on it. I grabbed the menu but the waitress had dumped my pills on the floor. I told her and she just looked at the pills and left. I have one leg. I had to get out of the booth and climb under the table and take pills that had laid on the floor as I did not have any extra pills on the trip. I had ordered two omlets the previous two days as i did on this visit. I told the waitress not to include any sides but she bought toast.
Now I think our waitress knew no tip was coming because the did not bring any refills. I took a picture of our waitress having a confab with the other waffle house employees while I sat in the valley of thirst. Finally I wish I could upload the video I took to let you hear the breakfast music choice.

Very, very impressed with this location.The staff was on point. The food came out hot and very tasty.The district manager Billy the district manager was a delight. Nice to see staff work together in a positive way. Highly recommend.

Picked up a to go order. To start the server was horrible she had no idea what was going on. Read what we wanted off the menu. A Texas bacon cheese melt and this is what we get? After messing up the food once there is just bacon and cheese? And a burnt waffle. Like cmon this food was not cheap and tipped them well. Ridiculous
