Overall a 3. Our server was good. Food was ok. We ordered before two other tables and got our food after they did. Burger we got looked like it sat under a heat lamp.for a while. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten there might be a while again. You judge for yourself. The steak was ok.

Just stopped in for a quick cheeseburger and french fries. They had a couple of specials that fit our needs. Food was delicious. Waitress was extremely friendly. The burgers and fries came out quickly were hot crispy french fries, waitress campfire drinks filled the whole time we were there

They put us in a table that was way too small. And we were cramped for no reason, because it was not busy. The food was dry and felt like it was sitting out for too long.
I never had this problem with chilies.

We came during the COVID craze during lunchtime. We waited 20 minutes to be seated which, given the circumstances, seems fair to me. We were immediately attended by our waitress and within 15 minutes, our food was at our table. I feel that the waitress could have been a tad bit more attentive, but I realize that restaurants have had staffing issues so it wasn’t a problem. As for the food, it was very good overall! My only gripe was that the chicken and pasta were much too dry. The pasta still tasted like refrigerator too. Other than that it was all good!

The food was horrible and the manager was horrible! The staff didn’t care if you were there or not. They brought out our food with it being charred, dry, and missing condiments. The fries were cold and hard. If you have a good set of choppers and like cold fries, you’ll like these. Asked the waiter if I could have the ranch that went on my little burgers, he brought me a little dipping cup. The manager came to the table, and my husband showed her how overcooked the burger was, and she said I’ll have to tell the cooks. My husband said, ” Five guys, really blows y’all away.” The manager replied,” Yeah, they have good burgers, “along with saying that if you don’t eat the fries after 5 minutes, they’re not good anymore.” Then walked away! The manager must not have liked her job! No refills were offered to us. Ordered queso with chips, and the cheese was so overcooked or what seemed to be sitting out for too long. Nasty, very nasty! Beware this place is a dive!!

Wonderful restaurant! Servers are always exceptionally excellent. Food is delicious and at reasonable prices. What more could you ask for? Our server, Slim, was so great. 100% enjoyable evening.

The problem is they have food on their ceiling that even when you inform them that it’s there, they did nothing to clean it. And it looks like it has been there for me quite a few weeks. It’s dried on then they seem to not care. They’re, I’m not a happy group of people. And then the staff lets you just sit there forever. It was quite disappointing since I had been this location years ago and it was way better than it is now, right? It doesn’t seem that they have a sense of urgency and or a sense of making it a fun thing, nice dinning experience. The food was good. Not great, but good. But that was about the extent of the positive of the event that I had with that location. I called to speak to the manager to inform them about this. And the food that’s on the ceiling since there, the employee who was a host that I informed did nothing about it.Did not tell anyone they didn’t let it sit there so that’s got to be a health hazard. They gave me the number of the district manager who doesn’t answer, and then I called their corporate number, who says, Hey, leave a your information on our website. Everything seems to point to they really don’t care. So my ratings here are based on my visit from current, as opposed to the way the restaurant used to be years ago. If you go there, the food is good, the service is horrible. And they really don’t seem to care about making it a fun, enjoyable thing dinner out. And the company, it tells you to go to websites.If you have a problem with the serious that you had. This could be a corporate culture that has shifted since the last time. I have gone to chile’s at this location, which has been a few years. Overall, there are better options with better customer service and better experiences in Texas. Then this particular establishment, and this is a particular location. Can it get better? I’m sure it can, but they need leaders. We’re going to take it seriously and not let it get to this point before they possibly do something. But when I did call and talk to the manager at the location, she was very nice, but yeah, it seemed like lots of words, because all of the things that she gave me to do people, they didn’t answer or the company said, leave. You’re yeah comments on our website.

Called in a order of Southwestern eggrolls and picked up to go. Server got me an extra avocado ranch dressing was fast polite food was hot. They were really busy.
