We went through the drive through here 2 times, the lady seems really nice, but it was really hard to understand her she didn’t seem like she understood English that much, at least enough to be working in the drive through, maybe have someone that speaks good English to work it so it’s easier to understand the person, no discrimination towards Mexican people, just have people who speak good English too work the drive through. She had us pull up the window cus we didn’t understand eachother nor hear eachother. And gave my boyfriend a cheese burger even though he ordered a grilled cheeze.

This is the only picture I have, but the jumbo egg roll is our go-to favorite! My co-workers and I order it all the time because it’s really good. However, this place consistently makes mistakes with our orders. Attention to detail seems to be lacking— zero presence of mind!
one time when I picked up my order, I specifically asked if the sweet chili sauce was included, and the staff assured me it was—but when I got home, there was none. More recently, we ordered three sets of egg rolls, but they only gave us one, forcing us to go back. The food is great, but the service needs improvement!

I went through the drive through at night. I opened my bag and it was not what I ordered. I return to the window and politely told the woman it was not what I ordered. She said I’m lying and she threw a fit. It was an unpleasant experience.

If I could give a zero star review I would because we asked for a plain Cheese burger and they gave me just the meat and the buns I went back through the drive through and they gave us a bag with a cold slice of cheese cause they didn’t want to make another burger

Run of the mill, average Jack in the Box at this location. Drive through was busy, so it took the cashier a few minutes to take my order in the empty dining room. Food was as expected, but definitely not fast at 8PM on a Tuesday night.
