I had reservations for Valentine’s Day around 10pm.This is a very nice place and the decorations on Valentine’s Day were beautiful. Our waitress Anna was HORRIBLE! She was rude and had an attitude all night. She was not attentive to our table at all. I asked her for a glass of water and utensils which she never brought out at all. We waited a long time for our food to come out and our appetizers came out the same time our main course came out. The table was over crowded with food. Our food arrived and we still had no utensils. I kindly asked the guy who brought our food out for utensils and he brought them out right away. The couples next to us on the right and left side were also not happy with having Anna as a waitress. I’ve been to the Atlantic City location and it was beautiful with amazing staff. This experience at the cherry location was awful!

We went on a Monday afternoon. We ordered the Brioche rolls as an appetizer. The rolls weren’t warm and the cinnamon butter was cold, so it couldn’t be spread. I ordered the Flaming Hot Cheetos burger. I liked the taste and it was big burger. The staff was welcoming.

I had a great experience at Sugar Factory, thanks to Clarissa’s amazing service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. She really added to the overall vibe and made us feel taken care of.
I also loved my drink the Lemonade Smash (without strawberry) was super refreshing, perfectly balanced, and exactly what I needed. Between the great service and delicious drinks, it was definitely an enjoyable experience. I’ll be back for sure!

OK, so I came here for my 17 year-old daughter‘s birthday and I must say the atmosphere is nice but the staff in the food is not what people think it is. I believe that is it is overhyped. I feel like the quality of the food is not Worth the price. It was me and Six children so my bill was a little hefty and there was a mandatory tip of $50 which I didn’t expect because they did not say anything about the mandatory tip. They just automatically added it to my bill which I didn’t mind but at least let the customer know that you’re adding a mandatory tip. Second, I feel like the food it’s regular. I ordered a pasta and it was disgusting so I did not eat while we was there, but I did allow my kids to enjoy themselves. They enjoyed their food, but while we was there, they said that they wish we had went to Applebee’s or Chili’s now I know Applebee’s isn’t quite as extravagant but quality food wise I feel like it’s better. And coming out of my daughter‘s mouth she’s the one who said that it is overhyped $40 for a non-alcoholic beverage is ridiculous and $50 for alcoholic beverage. It just blew my mind when I seen the prices. For it to be a kid friendly place there is no kids menu so your little kids would have to order adult portions. I don’t think I would return to this restaurant unless my kids absolutely requested it before my preference. I’ll stick to my regular places. Oh, and one more thing, there was a woman there who not even five minutes after being seated, came to our table, wanting us to take pictures with different poses. She went to develop every picture we took framed them and then asked us to pay $25 per picture if we wanted them which is also ridiculous. What is the point of taking an unnecessary amount of pictures And framing them and then asking us if we want to purchase it !? If we don’t purchase it, what do you do with our images? And again these questions did not come for me. These came from my 16 and 17 year-old children. We took our complementary photo and left it at that. My four year-old daughter had to use the bathroom and there was no tissue and none of the stalls we had to use napkins from our table MAJOR PROBLEM FOR ME!
It was nice going somewhere new I love the decor. But I don’t think it’s worth coming here multiple times spending ridiculous amount of money for food you can get somewhere else at a cheaper price.

Exceptional Service at Sugar Factory from Janet
I had to take a moment to recognize the incredible service we received at Sugar Factory. Our waiter went above and beyond — and I truly mean that in every sense. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience was nothing short of amazing.
She didn’t just take orders — she created an experience. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, checked in at all the right moments, and handled everything with grace and efficiency even when the restaurant was busy. Her energy was positive, her attention to detail was impressive, and she made us feel valued and cared for the entire time.
It’s rare to come across someone who operates in a true spirit of excellence, but she absolutely did. The level of service she provided was exceedingly and abundantly beyond expectations. Because of her, we will definitely be returning — and recommending Sugar Factory to others.
Please recognize her for the outstanding job she’s doing. She represents your brand beautifully.

Cool looking place. Food is not great especially for the price. 15 Greek salad i expected to take some home but it was more of an appetizer size. Getting your server to come back in a reasonable time does not happen. We asked for a menu to look at the desserts and it took them 20 minutes . I really dont think its the servers fault it the way they operate. Our food came out one person’s meal at a time which was strange. There is ZERO kids meals on weekends. Also very strange. If you go there just have really low expectations and ready to break the bank. We were really hoping the price justified the service and food and it DID NOT.

The restaurant’s decor is captivating and beautiful. I love the Christmas theme addition as well. Even if it’s dark and gloomy outside, the mood immediately brightens upon entering. I stopped by for a drink after work. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender, Clarissa. She can make a drink! In fact, she made me several different drinks, all top-tier! The drink menu offers a variety to choose from. She was able to help me navigate what she thought would be good based on my preferences. Excellent drinks, great service!

My family and i recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment and I was definitely not impressed. The restaurant is was too small first off and there’s no seating area for when you have to wait for a table. We had reservations at 6:30 but weren’t seated until after 7:15 which is absurd. The food was mid and our waitress was terrible, she check on us maybe twice. We spoke to the manager about our waitress’s neglect so she gave us one dish for free. They charge a $35 fee for bringing any outside cake or cupcakes if you’re celebrating a certain occasion. It’s barely any room to walk since the place is so small so it was a hassle getting to our tiny booth. We had a party of five adults and three children. Our bill came
Out to $400 which is a bit much but we did order two drinks and a lot of appetizers so I’m not complaining about that. It’s just not worth the experience in my opinion. I rather go to the sugar factory in Atlantic City. It’s way better. If you’re having a huge party, rent the whole restaurant out because there’s no room in that restaurant. 2/10 for my experience there. I will not be going back

The restaurant is very small and seemed to be very popular. We had a reservation and still had to wait. Would highly recommend making a reservation, especially if you plan to go on the weekend. Staff was very taxed due to the amount of people so the lack of presence can be understood. I believe the food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced. The appetizer was a bit pricey for the quantity but delicious. The main food and desert were definitely worth the cost.

I’ve been here a few times at different locations and each time I enjoyed the food and service. Most recently for a birthday dinner party. Priced well due to the large portions of food and drinks.
