Food is awesome! Testes good, fresh and good portions. Not the greatest ambiance for a sit down experience but plenty goos for a casual dinner. Definitely recommend this place.

Here is what you get when you PAY for extra bean sprouts and extra jalapeño. Also paid for the “large” size, which came with less of everything than when I ordered a “regular” before. Very inconsistent. Random portion sizes. Don’t really seem to care if they stay open or not. I mean come on guys…. Get your head in the game….

We were discussing about the dinner and decided to go to a Vietnamese restaurant. I was a little bit nervous about the plan as I never had Vietnamese food before. But I was lucky to have dinner at Pho Lucky restaurant as the food was really delicious. This was out of my syllabus food but I love it. Restaurant was quite small but was neat and clean. I ordered Veggie Summer rolls as an appetizer and Com tofu in the main course and Homemade Lychee Ice-cream. Both the dishes were awesome and I would like to try other dishes too. I tried my best to use the chopsticks but was unsuccessful. Wonderful time spent.

Long time customer but WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
Ever since the ownership change, the food quality got so much worse, and their service is just terrible.
We had to wait 15 min. just to order the food since sitting down, and another 10 min. to just get water. (We had to ask for the water 3 times)
About 10 min after we ordered, the waitress came back to confirm our order, which was all wrong.
Finally got the food much later, but the broth was so watery, it didn’t taste anything like Pho.

The server never come back to check on us or bring us the check, so we went up to the cashier’s desk and told her we were paying separately, and she said we can’t do that – that’s their store policy.

To be absolutely clear since the owner replied: If the wait wasn’t awfully long, and the food wasn’t bad, not being able to split the bill wouldn’t have been a big issue. When you sit in the restaurant and have to wait 20+ minutes just to get water, that’s wrong. And your Pho taste is very inconsistent.

I come here almost every week..been here for 6 years as a customer but today I experienced rude customer service. That lady is forcing me to tip. Told me and every table before me that when they dine in they will tip. Well pho lucky, you guys should let customers know that no tip no dine in.Yes I tip but how she ask and her face expression is not how I known pho lucky for 6 years now. Girl dont rolled your eyes at me and and raised your voice. No tip for you.rude..she said she didn’t see me before, we’ll I didn’t see you until today..I didn’t catch her name but she’s the front cashier today 3/2/2026

The pho might not be exactly classic compare to when I eat them in Vietnam but still tasty broth. The pork chop rice is appetizing as always and great garlic fish sauce.
Not so many dishes on the menu just so I know they focus on their signature food.
Recommend: Pork chop Rice with fried egg on top, Pho House special, clear summer rolls are good too.
I’ve come here several times just for the food and now this is my fav spot anytime craving for the green Thai tea. This tea is all over places in any snack or drink vendors when visited Vietnam and was surprised they got the same flavor here.
Food came out quick, price is reasonable. Nice and helpful service.
By far my fav place in the area.
Came back after 2 yrs traveling, they finally have Bun cha and coconut coffee. Im in love . The most authentic Bun cha by far. Got a free peach tea from their promotion.
Excellent all the way around

First time here in a long time. Service was immediate. Wait staff was friendly and courteous.

Off the bat, 1 dish was subpar, other dish was tasty.

Fresh vegetables accompanied our noodles that we ordered. However, Pho noodle broth lacked any real flavor or essence of cardamom, cloves, etc. Just flat. Varying beef cuts of the “dac biet”or special bowl, including flank pieces were tough. What was supposed to be thinly sliced eye of round that is lightly blanched was also tough. There wasn’t anything they could have done to make it better, without obv having to remake a pot of stock.

I was so unsatisfied, I had to order a Banh Mi (beef). I had my lunch partners hold onto packaging so they could feel the lightness in weight of sandwich. Didn’t look at it until I got home, but I have to pre-warn you that the size of the sandwich is mini. Not what you would expect either. But based on the price of $6, maybe I shouldn’t be surprised? The beef was tasty!

We were all disappointed during our lunch visit. I think pricing didn’t match the quality. Other options out there.

Reviews like the one seen below [J.C.] are misleading to put simply. I had the misfortune of sitting next to this man and his party, two people who appear to be his subordinates, during a work lunch. He demanded to be seated and served ahead of the line that was forming at the door, snapped his fingers at the servers when he sat down, and was heard yelling at the staff throughout his stay.

I have been fortunate enough to frequent this restaurant for the past two years. This is a family-owned, family-run local business that has always cared about its community.

I normally don’t respond to public forums such as Google reviews, but since he wanted to make it public, here it is. It should be known that this person, Choi, who is presumably someone’s boss (given that he came with co-workers) spends his free time making young servers uncomfortable and taking advantage of a power dynamic that only exists in the world of the service industry (IYKYK).

I have tried this place twice, being from Chicago and the food definitely has authentic flavors and tastes.

The customer service here feels rather rushed and very pushy when picking up a togo order. I am always nice, friendly, patient and I always tip for my service as well.

Overall, I am not sure if I’ll be spending my money here again due to me feeling uncomfortable with the lack of customer service they have. I get people are busy and doing many things at once — customers shouldn’t feel rushed and on a time crunch!

I have been to few Vietnamese restaurant in Michigan and this is among the top places. I had pho with cooked beef (P6), (P2) and C1. The food quality is good and I liked the broth a lot. As always I couldn’t finish the bowl, I have been trying that for a long time.

Noodles without broth on its own doesn’t taste that good so I would recommend going for those category of dishes if it’s your first time.

I would suggest to add hot sauce and red peppers if you like a bit of zing to your dish. Service is quick and excellent, I had no complains. Place is very clean and ambiance is good. Lot of seating available so I won’t think wait times will be an issue.
