Ever since the ownership change, the food quality got so much worse, and their service is just terrible.
We had to wait 15 min. just to order the food since sitting down, and another 10 min. to just get water. (We had to ask for the water 3 times)
About 10 min after we ordered, the waitress came back to confirm our order, which was all wrong.
Finally got the food much later, but the broth was so watery, it didn’t taste anything like Pho.
The server never come back to check on us or bring us the check, so we went up to the cashier’s desk and told her we were paying separately, and she said we can’t do that – that’s their store policy.

To be absolutely clear since the owner replied: If the wait wasn’t awfully long, and the food wasn’t bad, not being able to split the bill wouldn’t have been a big issue. When you sit in the restaurant and have to wait 20+ minutes just to get water, that’s wrong. And your Pho taste is very inconsistent.
Not so many dishes on the menu just so I know they focus on their signature food.
Recommend: Pork chop Rice with fried egg on top, Pho House special, clear summer rolls are good too.
I’ve come here several times just for the food and now this is my fav spot anytime craving for the green Thai tea. This tea is all over places in any snack or drink vendors when visited Vietnam and was surprised they got the same flavor here.
Food came out quick, price is reasonable. Nice and helpful service.
By far my fav place in the area.
Came back after 2 yrs traveling, they finally have Bun cha and coconut coffee. Im in love . The most authentic Bun cha by far. Got a free peach tea from their promotion.
Excellent all the way around
Off the bat, 1 dish was subpar, other dish was tasty.
Fresh vegetables accompanied our noodles that we ordered. However, Pho noodle broth lacked any real flavor or essence of cardamom, cloves, etc. Just flat. Varying beef cuts of the “dac biet”or special bowl, including flank pieces were tough. What was supposed to be thinly sliced eye of round that is lightly blanched was also tough. There wasn’t anything they could have done to make it better, without obv having to remake a pot of stock.
I was so unsatisfied, I had to order a Banh Mi (beef). I had my lunch partners hold onto packaging so they could feel the lightness in weight of sandwich. Didn’t look at it until I got home, but I have to pre-warn you that the size of the sandwich is mini. Not what you would expect either. But based on the price of $6, maybe I shouldn’t be surprised? The beef was tasty!
We were all disappointed during our lunch visit. I think pricing didn’t match the quality. Other options out there.
I have been fortunate enough to frequent this restaurant for the past two years. This is a family-owned, family-run local business that has always cared about its community.
I normally don’t respond to public forums such as Google reviews, but since he wanted to make it public, here it is. It should be known that this person, Choi, who is presumably someone’s boss (given that he came with co-workers) spends his free time making young servers uncomfortable and taking advantage of a power dynamic that only exists in the world of the service industry (IYKYK).
The customer service here feels rather rushed and very pushy when picking up a togo order. I am always nice, friendly, patient and I always tip for my service as well.
Overall, I am not sure if I’ll be spending my money here again due to me feeling uncomfortable with the lack of customer service they have. I get people are busy and doing many things at once — customers shouldn’t feel rushed and on a time crunch!
Noodles without broth on its own doesn’t taste that good so I would recommend going for those category of dishes if it’s your first time.
I would suggest to add hot sauce and red peppers if you like a bit of zing to your dish. Service is quick and excellent, I had no complains. Place is very clean and ambiance is good. Lot of seating available so I won’t think wait times will be an issue.
