Achilles Grill restaurant is locally owned and operated serving Greensboro, NC since 2012. Achilles Grill is proud to import its own extra virgin olive oil, wine, cheeses, olives, herbs and spices directly from Greece. We are known for our fresh and healthy dishes, starting with our famous Chicken Souvlaki made from fresh, 100% all natural chicken bought locally every day and marinated overnight and cooked right when you order so it can come to your table tender and juicy. Our fresh Gyros, slow cooked in our rotisserie gyro machine, are full with flavors of Greek herb and spices. Pork Souvlaki is made exactly the same way that you will find in the streets of Athens.

I ordered the gyro meal with drink and fries. The whole meal was delicious. Meat was tender and flavorful, fries a good mix of crispy and fluffy.
Great place!
The side salad was so fresh.
Great atmosphere & service.
Everything at Mythos is incredibly fresh, and the restaurant itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. It’s also family-friendly, with a menu that offers something for everyone, including little ones. The atmosphere is lively, so if your kid gets a little noisy, no one bats an eye. Evenings tend to be busy, which speaks to the restaurant’s popularity.
Their catering is another highlight—you can feed a crowd for around $10 or $11 per person, which is a great deal for fresh, high-quality Greek food. While you might find cheaper options for less healthy meals, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better balance of quality and value.
There may be fancier Greek restaurants out there, but for our family—especially with a toddler—Mythos is the go-to spot. It’s a casual, welcoming place with amazing food at the right price, and I can’t recommend it enough.
Easily the worst “Greek” food I’ve ever had.
Got our orders wrong in multiple ways. Food was bland and dry. Everything tastes and presents as cheap, generic, and low quality – the kind of food thats designed to make maximum profit with minimal effort.
No aspect of the meal was redeeming or made me think “that was pretty good” just disappointment through and through. Fries? Soggy and unseasoned. Salad? Made of the lowest quality wilted shredded iceberg lettuce you could find. Chicken? Dry and bland. Spanakopita was dense and tasted like it was marinated in pickle juice for some reason.
Nazareth, mykonos, and Odeh’s are far better options.
Excellent place in every sense.. Delicious food, very friendly staff, very kind managers and not expensive at all!!!
