Gwen was our waitress, she was a sweetest, polite, friendly and efficient waitress. I had the steak and mushrooms and was delicious. Banana bread is always amazing. Biscuits were great as well. Also ordered the strawberry farmer and it was very good! The strawberry with toast was delicious. Atmosphere was good, very quiet and place was very clean.

I like the new menu, especially for Seniors. We were tucked away in a private area which was so great for our Birthday party! The chicken noodle soup was thick and full of noodles and meat. It lacked that homemade taste, though. Some of the other party members had sent their food back to be heated up. Waitress was delightful, consistently filled our drinks, and deserved our tips.

Ordered to go food and this is how we got it after spending over $40 you may as well close the store like most of the others it is terrible and the staff when I called had no resolution at all. Most of the food was in the bag when I got it. It is chicken and noodles with 0 chicken in it

Ordered on line to find out their kitchen is backed up once arrived and was told it was going to be an additional 30 minutes. No text message informing me prior. After wasting 30 minutes finally get the order. Out of 4 orders only two were complete. They didn’t mess up the chicken noodle soup or chicken tenders. So for close to $100 ended up getting 2 people what they ordered correctly, not burnt, I’ve honestly have never seen or received an order so messed up or disappointing and having to wait an extra half hour for what over 1/2 of went in the trash. I highly recommend avoiding this Bob Evans at all costs there are better options. From the reviews corporate clearly doesn’t care to fix it. Just get the conversations in a more private location so the world doesn’t see the poor performance and lack of care. It is overly clear from recent reviews there is no quality standard being held on food or service. I mean who cant get breakfast foods right or complete an order? Pretty unbelievable for overpriced trash. Hey corporate want to make it up refund my money and pay my normal billable hourly rate. You only wasted a half our of my time. Plus another half hour going to get food elsewhere for the orders you messed up. Business is business. Apologies dont replace time or money.

First time in a long time. Had the Rise and Shine. Was very good, warm and quick. My waitress was the Bomb. She gave me my bill and said, “I gave you a military discount ” I said. Thanks! How did you know ow that?!?..”your key chain sir, thanks for your service.”…awe shucks mam, you were worth it. 🙂 great way to start the day

My server, Caroline, was just fantastic. She always had a very big smile and an amazing attitude. The food is always just what I’m looking for and the atmosphere is quite perfect. Caroline just made my day when I asked for a couple exceptions and she said it wouldn’t be a problem. I’m aware that I’m particularly picky and it wasn’t a problem for Caroline. Definitely the best server I’ve had from anywhere in a very long time. 🙂

Waited 45 minutes to be serviced cold food. Restaurant was understaffed but our server tried to make the best of it. Waited 20 minutes to checkout. Apparently only the manager can do this. We told her how unsatisfactory the experience was and she thanked us for coming . No excuses, nothing. This restaurant needs new management.

I have been a long time Bob Evans customer but today I was beyond frustrated. We sat at the Bob Evans in Brownsburg IN for 45 minutes with a 15 month baby waiting for lunch and it never came and it never came so I asked the waitress to change it to it to a to go order since we had an appointment and she said oh don’t be mad at me, but they never made your lunch. We got up and left and we will not be returning.
