First time at cookout and it was amazing! Super friendly staff and delicious food! The team member that helped me suggested several items and helped me craft the perfect meal. I got a burger, corn dog, fries and shake! All super fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this location!

Let’s start with the drive through on the passenger side. Person asked to take my order so I said what I wanted just for the person to turn around and say “what’s your order” I repeated myself just for him to say ok now what you say again. Finally completed my order I asked for one side to be nuggets the other regular fries he said okay. I get home to have a a double of nuggets on top of the nuggets were still light skin barely made the cut off to sale them and they weren’t even hot. My nuggets tasted like someone went to Food Lion or Walmart to purchase those Tyson nuggets. My lady asked for bbq sauce I asked for Polynesian at the window. The person said ok once again and we get home it’s all Polynesian sauce.

There isn’t a menu board to confirm correctness of orders and the employees don’t repeat the order back to you. Due to this fact, the order was incorrect. Thankfully, I check my orders before leaving the location, at each and every Cookout location, as there is ALWAYS a mistake made.

Spend $25.41 on me and my Husband food while standing outside in 41degree weather waiting.. To get home and receive food poisoning from old food or old grease or both but this food is older than the dirty under my shoes… This is unacceptable and I don’t appreciate it and not to mention the Rude Cashier (Laderrius) all the eye rolls and ignorance was unacceptable upon simple request

We drove up to the window and made our order. The food was nice and hot and it tasted so good. I usually never put chili on my fries but I did and I enjoyed my fries. W will be back soon.

I had a very bad experience at this Cook Out. The lady at the drive-thru window was extremely rude — she slammed the window shut on me while I was just trying to get my order. On top of that, they got my order wrong even though I confirmed it twice, and then charged me extra for their mistake. Very unprofessional service and definitely not coming back.

This Cookout probably is the BEST cookout in Durham. There staff is patient,kind,and QUICK which is the important part. There food has been fresh and milkshakes are the BEST!!
