I’m a doordash driver, and Amador is hands down the best Panda Express employee I’ve encountered. Dude is on top of it, great customer service skills, and honestly one of the few who truly care about his work. A lot of the workers here are awesome, but Amador stands out in a big way

Ordered double teriyaki and fried rice! Asked fir teriyaki sauce got none, turned around to get it, got home and had noodles I don’t like the noodles, live 15 minutes away not worth the dive back. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Tickets says what I ordered, guess they don’t pay much attention to what they are doing.

We stood there quite a while, which was normal for how busy it was. Then a lady in a black shirt with a name tag that said “Manager” came up. I thought we were about to get good service — but instead we were treated poorly, by the manager.

She asked for our order, we started to tell her, and she just walked off talking to herself. This happened twice. We assumed she was on a headset dealing with drive-through or something. She swap out the rice, topped off a couple things, took some dirty pans to the sink, then came back, rolled her eyes, put her hands up, stared at us and said, “Are you going to order?”

At that point I asked if she was even talking to us because we had been ready from the first time she asked, before she walked away mid-order.

Come to find out she was talking to us and never had a headset on or talking to anyone else. Just blatant and uncalled for bad attitude and service. Drugs? Drunk?

Needless to say, we didn’t get any of our food right and were overcharged for what we didn’t receive. And the portions we did get were tiny compared to normal. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe something else was going on, I don’t know — but she should not be in a manager position with that kind of social skills.

We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to, but this needs to be addressed.

For clarity: she had dark hair, shaved or very short from what I could tell, was wearing a hat and a black shirt that said “Manager.” Short, and honestly had the personality of a prison guard.

The other manager in a black shirt who was there was super nice and very helpful.

Longest drive thru wait ever at 20 minutes! When my order was finally taken, it went smoothly. Food was fresh and tasted fine. I would not want to visit this Panda again after the ridiculous wait.

My daughter was insistent on getting Panda.Express while traveling through and I was quite hesitant based on the reviews, that being said.. I’m astonished this facility doesn’t have better reviews than it does. The restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh at 7 PM at night, and the staff were all incredibly kind, positive, and very quick with my order! 5 stars on all marks in book! Even the front door windows were clean!!

Once again top notch service and amazing food! This location consistently has the nicest staff and the freshest food it never disappoints us. Tonight we had sweetest young man named Luis who was very thoughtful and ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond dealing with us two crazy ladies who couldn’t make up their minds lol. I do believe had we gone anywhere else they might have kicked us out for changing our minds so many times. I hope the management keeps Luis around because he’s a great asset to an already amazing business. Thank you guys for giving this mom a break from cooking and providing great food, great staff and a great value!

Very disappointed with the continued poor service at this Panda Express. I waited in the drive-thru for about 10–15 minutes, then was asked to park and wait another 10 minutes. When I checked my order (which we’ve learned to do because of repeated mistakes), one of our sides was missing — this is the third time this has happened.

I went inside to get it corrected and was told I had to wait in line again, even though I had already paid. There were three people ahead of me, and it took another 15–20 minutes to get the missing entree.

The worst part was the lack of customer care. The person who appeared to be the manager, dressed in black, ignored me completely and acted busy instead of helping.

This location really needs improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and customer service. It’s frustrating to spend this much time and money just to leave disappointed.

Wait line was way too long, I’ve stayed in drive thru line an average of 20 minutes each time.
One specific occasion, I arrived an hour and thirty minutes before closing and was told they had limited menu options due to them wanting close early. It’s understandable to a degree, but not when the portions are scarce.
