Ordered in the app and waited nearly 30mins after arriving. I’m sure this place will be closing soon since the staff is either too short or my personal thought is unmotivated or unwilling or incapable of being faster. It’s supposed to be fast food.
All my onion rings were falling apart and my sandwichs look thrown together with zero not minimal….zero pride in the products. My slushy not cold and heavily syruped!
The only good thing was the food was edible and the young black lady said “sorry for the wait”

This is a hard review for me to write, and honestly it’s long overdue. I’ve had both good and bad experiences ordering delivery from this Sonic. Sometimes they absolutely knock it out of the park — the food is delicious and the order is perfect.
Unfortunately, about half the time there’s at least one issue with the order. Things like forgetting the bacon on a burger that’s supposed to come with it (not an extra), fries arriving half empty and cold, or a burger that has the right ingredients but looks like the box was shaken before it was delivered. I’ve also received pretzels without the cheese sauce, or had items like pretzels missing entirely without a refund being issued.
That said, I keep giving them another chance because when they get it right, it’s honestly one of the best fast food burgers you can get in my area. I just wish they were more consistent and took a little more care to make sure orders are accurate.

First time at Sonic. The food was okay, burgers were greasy. The onion rings tasted like they were deep fried with something sweet, almost like Oreos, which was honestly gross. Bathrooms were unavailable, which sucked since we had a 15 hour drive ahead of us. I ordered sweet tea but got a lemonade (I think). Service was okay overall. Not used to the whole parking and having food brought out to you, but I do like the idea.

This place is hit or miss. Most the time miss. Most latest visit I got halfway home and decided to give me food a quick look. They left the meat out of my burger. Like seriously?! The meat. And most of the time they aren’t taking orders in pull up booths, but the only way to know is when you sit there long enough to figure it out.

If I could give a zero star, I would I waited 20 minutes for 3 milkshakes and never even was able to order the fish sandwiches that I told her I wanted. And come to find out they don’t take any bills larger than $20 but they don’t bother to tell you that until they bring your order out to you. obviously, they need to hire more help.

It’s one thing to accidentally mess up an order, but it’s a whole other thing to try to manipulate a customer into thinking they ordered something they didn’t. I ordered 2 strawberry real fruit slush. I was given ONE “snowball” and the worker swore that was a real fruit slush. I had to tell him 5 times that the slush I ordered didn’t have ice cream in it. Until he finally brought out the correct one and missing one. They also forgot the ice cream I ordered. Gave me the wrong size tot. And apparently they were ok serving us two wraps with burnt bacon and burnt chicken that was so hard you couldn’t chew it. Rude service and disgusting food. Waste of money.

It was a bad experience for us, our hot dogs were slightly cold and we had to wait a minute to get our food. Only one person doing it all, which is sad, he did the best he could do, at this point. Sad performance for an understaffed facility. Never again for us.

I ordered 2 no salt pretzels, 2 cheddar peppers, 3 full size frito chili cheese wraps and a large chili cheese tot. The pretzels had salt, the cheddar peppers were burnt to the point where there was no cheese inside and the frito chili cheese wraps I ordered were jr.’s not full size. The tots had no cheese. Very disappointing. Not happy with this location….
