Went here for my first date with my wife and her mom when I first met her mom. It was nice quiet. Always great food. We still get food here in fact my wife has a card for free drinks on certain days I guess or something like that. We love it and get it often.

Panera bread always has excellent food! The cheddar broccoli soup was really really good today. I like their bread bowls. There aren’t too many places around where you can get bread bowl soup. In summary, this is a nice Panera bread to go to if you’re in oak lawn Illinois.

I stopped by Panera Bread recently and grabbed two sandwiches – quite a nice find! The food was really good; the sandwiches were made just right which left me fulfilled. While I was in a bit of a rush, the service was friendly and quick, which was a plus. Although there was a moment of uncertainty whether they could’ve accommodate our time constraints, the pleasant atmosphere made it a delightful spot to hang out and unwind. I’d give this Panera a solid 4 stars for getting everything on point. If you’re after a satisfying meal in a relaxed setting, you should check this place out.

TERRIBLE food service. my mom and i come to panera all the time for brunch and this particular day, we did they online order which we occasionally do sometimes. we ordered it to 106 and cicero (the one be always go to) but instead of our food getting sent here, it got sent to 95th street. we told the general manger who has a every nasty attitude. As well as the person making food in the back. we go up say what happened and ask if they can make our food. lo and behold they won’t make it. NOT THEY CANT but they won’t. they told us to call 95th ask for a refund and we have to re order. which is honestly ridiculous because my mom and i are regulars here. do better panera!!!!!

I ordered 3 bowls of chicken noodle soup but my loved one changed their mind and I requested a refund which the associate refused to do. I did not take the product. I was referred to corporate for resolution. A human can change their mind. Not at Panera they can’t. I ate the charge. Some might call that theft.

I ordered a large blueberry lemonade and was shocked to find what I thought was a lemon slice floating in my drink… until I realized it was a piece of bread. Yes, bread in my lemonade. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know how something like that even happens in a place that serves food and drinks all day.
To make it worse, the employee who helped me—a white woman with brown hair—seemed completely unfazed. If you’re working in food service, especially at a place like Panera, attention to cleanliness and detail matters. This experience was unacceptable and I hope the management takes food safety and training more seriously moving forward. What a joke!

Waited over 30 minutes for a simple sandwich and soup, and still never got my order. My name disappeared from the screen, and when I asked about my food she said they were still waiting on my sandwich. Terrible service and zero accountability no apologies from management.

It’s fine, Panera feels like it isn’t what it used to be. It’s not the people who work there’s fault, you can tell they try. However, the food is generally okay and a bit expensive, but the broccoli cheddar, especially in a bread bowl, is a surprise hit.
