We always have a great experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Frazer. The food is consistently amazing, fresh, and delicious, and you really get a lot for your money compared to other restaurants. The drinks and cocktails are always on point, and the Bloomin Onion is a must every single time we come! The waiters and waitresses have always been extremely kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. We will definitely be back again soon!

I enjoy some outback every now and then. This time the overall experience wasn’t the greatest. The workers were pleasant so that was not the problem. I set at the bar and it took over 5 minutes to be greeted by the bartender (maybe they were short staffed by the bar only had a few people and the restaurant wasn’t crowded). The bartender was friendly and courteous. I got take out, my usual yummy kookaburro wings and cheese fries minus the bacon and boomerang mozzarella sticks. While I was waiting I ordered a sweet tea which for some reason it wasn’t at the bar so had to wait for it to come from the back. The tea was delicious. When my food finally came, there was no silverware and no napkins. The bartender got me some silverware as I could see she was frustrated that it wasn’t in there as she notated it and she also notated bread which was also not there. I gave her a nice tip as none of it was her fault. When I got home, I was excited to eat the food. Made me a plate and dug in but really couldn’t eat the food. It was way too salty. The wings, the cheese fries were very salty and wasn’t much cheese on the fries. I was very surprised and not happy but I wasn’t driving 40 minutes back to bring the food back so i ended up tossing it. Even the marinara sauce wasn’t great, it was watery. Not a great experience.

Well, this started out as a 1, however, they re fired the 2 steaks and I took them home. They were great. FYI, if you dont like a whole lot of salt and spices like I do, let them know ahead of time. They made it right. Really great food.

I did a takeout order for my mom’s birthday, she really wanted the coconut shrimp. The service was prompt and they even gave her a handwritten card with a coupon in it!!! 10/10 experience that was so nice of them all 🙂 i wish i knew their names to give them a shoutout

In town for business, got the same server 3 times. Less than happy with service, First time couldn’t pay bill at table. Second time, one visit after meal came, that was less than 5 minutes after appetizer. Third time, wrong beverage came to the table, appetizer came , all but 10 minutes later still waiting for silverware. So I left, sorry for the restaurant needing to train this server more efficiently. The two nights that I did eat my meal, it was just shy of $30

Visited on a Saturday evening while traveling. Restaurant was very crowded with a 15-30 minute wait for tables. We sat at the bar to watch football. The service was excellent, beer was cold. Coconut shrimp appetizer was amazing, very fresh and tasty. Had a burger and it was cooked perfectly to medium as ordered. Prices are on the upper end for a bar but the food was excellent.

Although I realize this is no fault of this location, but more a corporate issue, I am NOT a fan of Outback’s reservation system. Why? Because it’s so ineffective that they might as well just not take reservations at all. I put my name in for a table at 6:30 on a Friday, which is busy of course, but that’s why I called!!!! And you know what happened when I got there? A 45 minute wait. I don’t blame the staff because they were doing their best during peak rush hour but honestly corporate-this is why reservations are a thing!!!! Thankfully this location’s food is better than most of the others I’ve gone to but still, the reservation system absolutely needs an overhaul. All it does is lead to stressed staff and hangry clientele. (Also, don’t bother with the lobster tail. Its over priced and nearly always overcooked).

This is my go to location. Frazer. Always a great experience. Tonight I opted for curbside takeout! Cooked perfectly. Service was excellent. It was cold n snowing and they were open and happy!!! Thank you!
