So i have never been to smash burger and I probably wont be back. Front cashier was not very social, we were expected to know that even though the burger was labeled a double bacon burger, if you want the lesser “single” burger you have to say single or you automatically get a double. You also cant put stuff like cheese and bacon on a large side for some reason. That’s just bad customer service. The dining room was filthy. Almost every table was dirty in one form or another. They gave us a cup that they didnt have lids for. When we commented on it the front the first guy we talked to was like, ‘no we just got those cups so we dont have the lids yet” when we talked to the front cashier lady she gave us a solution and got us 3 smaller cups so we would have cups that have lids. That was the first positive this place had before I tasted my food. The bacon smash burgers were really good. Bacon was slightly over done but it didnt destroy the flavor. The staff brought out food out with gloved hands. That was appreciated. But the cleanliness of the restaurant kept bugging me. If you aren’t going to take care of your dining room cleanliness, how am I supposed to trust your food safety? While we were eating a dining room attendant came out and walked right by 3 tables that were dirty including benches, and chairs. I might look for another smash burger to eat at next time.

Ordered a double deluxe with no mayo n light mustard because I can’t have mayo, got home, they put mayo anyways and zero mustard. Can’t eat it wasted my money and a 35 min drive. Go to the other one at 6415 W 104th Ave #100, Westminster, CO 80020, United States, they are very nice here but this was the simplest thing possible g, and the one at the other location everyone is super super nice, never had a mistake once. guess I’m having toast for lunch

Haven’t been here in years, now that I got the opportunity to try out their new menu the game has officially changed with the help of Hunter I was able to get that top notch amazazing burger, shrimp, Mac and cheese and fries!!! Give the man a raise. Not only was he helpful he was very patient and friendly!! Would come back amd visit again keep up the good work Hunter!!!!

This is the best Smashburger location! Their burgers are consistently perfect. They aren’t over smashed or overcooked. I like Smashburger as a chain, but the location at 120th & Washington is worth the drive! The small strip mall is easy to dismiss, and the parking lot is woefully small and has potholes. Don’t let that discourage you. I promise it’s worth it. Today, I had the chili cheese fries and strawberry shake. Yum!

This location has gone very down hill. We went for Dinner Friday evening, when arriving around 6:30 pm we were told there was a 20 min wait and we were not allowed to dine in (not sure why when they don’t have wait staff). First red flag and we should have left, the young lady taking the order you could even hear her. She literally needed to speak up had to ask her several times to repeat herself. Once we waited the 25 min for our food and took it home, we realized we were missing half the topping we ordered on our burgers. After calling the establishment we were told they were out of Tomatoes, ketchup and mayo, not sure why they can’t let people know that. This might seem silly and small but when you go out and expect something you expect it. Once they put the manager on. He just didn’t care. He should have taken 10 min to run across the street and pick up the products he was out of at Target to make his customers happy… Or get someone who is working the front who can actually speak and communicate with people. Nothing worst then spending $50 on dinner for 3 people and getting home less than satisfied.

Came here for lunch with my husband and Joshua was our cashier. He was SO nice! Can’t really expect much out of fast-casual restaurants anymore but this was a breath of fresh air! Welcoming and helpful staff. Knowledgeable about their product and happy to serve. Their effort was above and beyond what I expected. The Bacon Brisket Double Smash is 1/3 pound of BBQ carnivore delight! Great food and service. Hooked my son up with a shake since it was his birthday and he downloaded the app.
