We’ve frequented this waffle house for a while and never had any real issues. This time, we got home with a waffle that’s 3/4 waffle at best and a cup of grits with no lid. A slice of cheese thrown onto the hashbrowns and burnt toast on the sandwich. That’s not like forgetting to put forks in the bag. That’s like someone simply didn’t give a crap. Both the person that cooked it and the person that bagged it. The chili and gravy were put in cups in a bag that toppled sideways before we even got to the car. Could’ve been packaged up better, knowing we’re carrying it out. The server acted like she didn’t really want to be there. Tipped 20% for a pick-up order because we believe in tipping well. I wish we hadn’t this time.

For starters , I come here all the time , I always get the same girl that serves me . The light skin older lady in here not sure her name . Straight rude . We walked in 3 adults and 2 toddlers . Waited for 25-30 min had 5 ppl walk past us serveral time not one person approached , more people walked in, approached them sat them got their drinks and food . We didn’t even get a drink nothing for 30 straight minutes , I didn’t say anything at this point bc it is a snow day so i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt , we finally speak up to the lady I mentioned in the beginning, she says one second I am the only server today. When I can clearly see there are 2 other server , yall have helped everyone else but us ! I kept quiet the whole time , she comes back around . “Did you all just get here “ I replied with no we got here 20-25 min ago , “okay then you just got here “ in the rudest smart ass way possible , no we got here 20-25 min ago that is not just Getting there , my point being you all had 4 other tables walked in got them seated with drinks , we couldn’t even get that , she still only sat napkins down and walked away , so a knew server comes by 10 min later with “I didn’t know you all where Sitting here I’m so sorry “, I am a server , have been for a long time , that is absolutely insane to me that my family couldn’t even get a drink for 30 minutes plus . When every single table around us that walked in after us already had food and drinks, I understand it’s WAFFLE house , but honestly yall are all super disrespectful in this building and need some more training .

I love how friendly and inviting the atmosphere is there. I’m always treated like family here. Samantha was my server today. I’m a regular and I wouldn’t want to eat at any other store. The food always comes out hot and right every time and you can’t get any better service at another restaurant. how quick the food came out hot and right and how good the service was.

Found a roach crawling near my chair. Told my waiter all she did was take the cup that I shoveled the roach end and kept working. Said sorry but did nothing else. Guess it common here. How tragic and disgusting. Then my order never came on time not that I even wanted at this point. My sister order was not fully. Complete.

I went here after the gym I’ve been losing weight and only had 600 calories for the day needed to hit my protein so I ordered a big meal about 950 calories but still in my limit but the women I’m pretty sure also the manager decided to huddle and speak about my order talking about weight and how they don’t comment it to people. Um….y’know when you go to a Waffle House, it’s pretty much a gamble. Well. We lost here..food came out one by one, not together. Almost finished when the rest of the food came…ordered a to go and we watched it sit for over 10 min while we waited…soo…probably won’t go back to this House.
