It is sad that your employee couldn’t fix me a sandwich I work for Cape Coral hospital and our cafeteria was closed tonight Sunday I take lunch at 2:30 the nurse in the er told me to go now cause she didn’t know what time subway closed I get there 2:29 and he said he is closed so why was the door open why was his stove still on why couldn’t he make me a sandwich that would have taken him 2 minutes of his time!! The other guy Spanish one young kid would have taken care of me you need more guys like him and not this heartless man I made a video I plan to share my experience

The employee there nicknamed red is absolutely disrespectful and will literally tell you she does not care about her job. All started because I asked if you could heat up the meat before you toast it she proceeded to tell me I don’t have time for that I have a lot of things to do I said truthfully that’s not my problem if you could just make the sandwich properly I would greatly appreciate it then proceeded to tell me to go F myself .great staff 10/10 don’t recommend

I ordered doordash and I asked for a PRO and they delivered a regular. They sent a message to doordash stating they didn’t have the ingredients to make it a PRO. They did not offer to reimburse the price difference between a regular foot long and a pro and instead still charged me a PRO. They tried to rip us off and when I called they said to deal with doordash and it was not their problem since I didn’t prefer from their app I ordered thru doordash. They made the mistake on my order not doordash. Doordash decided to refund my entire order, which I don’t think they should’ve had to. It wasn’t their fault it was subways. Subway was rude and refused to discuss the issue with me. I would give 0 stars to this restaurant

Most disgusting sandwhich I’ve ever had. They served me a STALE ROLL. I asked for extra mayo and I got one squirt. You would have thought I wasen’t the one paying for it. I also asked for oregano and got none. Terrible. Being located in a hospital you would think the food and service would be up to Par. Not the case. Won’t be back and I will spread the word.

The guys working at this location now are disgusting and this is my second time to go back and he was working, lettuce everywhere and all other veggies thrown on the sandwich making area, tuna and meatball containers were left open when i got there. U cannot understand hum when he talks, he throws my sandwich together like its dirt on the floor.. i will find another sub shop!!

Suprisingly good. Although smaller location in the hospital, they were timely and good was good. Unique being in the hospital cafe but I would imagine a welcome change for staff and families.
