This store is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Bathroom is clean also. In addition to there being a Publix in the shopping center. This experience was pleasant to say the least. I ordered a frappe and cookies. It was fresh and delicious. Thanks for everything

Today I went to this Mc Donald’s which I probably visit once a month. Got to the drive through window to place order and ordered the #9- “2 cheeseburgers with a coke to drink. Reader board showed 1 cheese burger, so I asked the young lady again for the #9 with a coke to drink, screen showed 1 Cheeseburger and 1 coke- I asked her if that was correct since the order was half the meal. She asked me again what I wanted and again O said the #9. She then asked if I wanted the meal?! Beware if you order a “#” you may not get a meal you may just end up with a sandwich. I think some more training needs to be done. Had I wanted a single cheeseburger I would have said – 1 cheeseburger please.. at least fries were fresh!

We have not ate McDonald’s in 8 years. My kids begged me to go and I broke down. Well today was my last day. We have been to this location 6 times since December. Food is always wrong, every single time and missing things we pay extra for. Forget anyone answering the phone here. They just ignore it. I went inside this time to make sure we were not screwed over yet again. My large fry was half full told the guy please fill my fry as I paid for a large fry. He looked at me turned and walked away. Stood there thinking he’s getting a manager. Nope not the case. Yelled for someone to come help me. Nothing. Call the restaurant while at the counter. Surprisingly (not really) no one answered it just rang and rang. Finally walked out disappointed and now cold food. Didn’t even get a receipt out of the machine you have to order from. Seems fishy to me that you don’t even get a receipt to show what you paid for.

Went behind another car in the outside lane. Nobody was on the inside drive through lane, three cars went through that lane before we just pulled up to food pickup and ordered there. Was quick at that point but no apologies from the worker for ignoring our lane

Your normal Mcdonalds. Staff was your normal zombies just going thru the motions. Dinning room was neat and clean. I likes the TVs on the walls. Food was ok… Just your normal fast food. There price point is off thou. I miss the days when fast food was good and cheap all at the same time. Wife wanted me to say they were out of tea and we told them and they never made more the whole time we were there.

I just got home from picking up breakfast from McDonald’s. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel, hashbrowns, and a large mocha. Cost me over $15! When I got home, I found that they gave me a sausage McMuffin. I tried to call twice and left the phone ringing 42 times. No one answered and I am very frustrated and aggravated about this.

I understand it’s McDonald’s, and I usually don’t expect much, but the night crew on August 22 around 10 pm, either need a mass amount of coaching and training, or they need to find employment elsewhere!.
By far the worst… barely warm fries and 2 luke warm burgers and the most apathetic service. I know if I get sick tonight, who I’ll be calling in the morning! What a waste of money, the price goes up, the service goes down and the reason they exist is only because of people like us, willing to keep them in business, when there are so many other options.
To anyone dining at this location, if your food isn’t the way you paid for it, please post, get you money back and type this statement everytime you do!

This location should be shut down. The chubby black guy with glasses & night crew always stop serving lunch at 2:45am. He tells you they’re only serving breakfast & taking cash. I guess as a way to steer customers away & not have to work. Most locations that are 24hrs serve dinner until 3:59am. Do yourself a favor if you’re someone who orders UberEats or work overnight, go to the locations on semoran where you’ll get great, honest service & food will be correct. Wish I could give them zero stars.
