Came here for my wife’s birthday and it was a blast! Our hibachi chef was killer!!!! He was funny and entertaining. I can tell he’s put a lot of effort into this.
The food was amazing. I got the steak and shrimp combo, and the Fuji roll sushi and everything was fantastic.

Our family loves Tokyo! Great hibachi & sushi. We went today again on Mother’s Day. They were super busy, but we got our food quickly. Our server Joe was phenomenal and we will ask for him in the future.

I wish I could give this place more stars, Really I do. I want to love it, but I just can’t. We’ve been here several times before. It’s very hit or miss. More miss thanks hit. This last time that we went, the service started out strong and then got very weak. I don’t know if he got a big table and then deserted us or what? The food is just OK. Nothing to write home about. The floors are very slippery. I don’t know what is going on with the floors. I don’t know if they’re dirty or if it’s just that weird surface that their floors are made out of. Very slippery. And. It’s very loud. We will never go back on a Friday or Saturday night.. Those drums are just way too much for a dinner setting. I’m sure some people love it, but we did not. We will be back, but only because there is a shortage of good places to eat in Panama City without driving to 38A.

Wasn’t made aware of price changes on menu when it was super busy. Also wasn’t told gratuity was included in bill. Waitress was not that great and kept forgetting drinks/food items. Lady at register was not helpful when we brought this to her attention, won’t be back. Cook was funny and nice though.. Manager was awful and terrible at customer service.

Sorely disappointed in the food, service, and over experience. Came here to celebrate my son’s birthday and specifically told them so as they have a birthday type deal for a price, and they just simply forgot until we had already paid the check. The food, was mediocre at best, dry chicken, overcooked, along with the shrimp, which they originally didn’t cook enough of for both my son and I. The portion sizes, for the price you pay, was less than sufficient, especially the rice and vegetables. The only bright spot was our cook, who was extremely funny, and disregarded any for of pc, which I was happy about.
