Everything was great till I got home, ordered the $5 classic box and wasn’t given my chalupa. I’m not entirely mad but highly disappointed. Was looking forward to it. Drive thru lady was nice though.
Update on December 4th. Just two-three days after original review. Yall had 3 stars. Now you get one. I was out driving and needed to get something to eat, I pull up 2:45am. Was denied ordering because they were only accepting mobile orders and DoorDash orders and they were closed. Yeah I know that my $12.00 y’all lost isn’t going to break the bank for y’all, but I will be sure to not come back to this location. McDonald’s sure appreciated getting my money.

Placed a order on door dash and two door dash persons cancelled the order. tried to call the local store and no answer. Once they picked up but did not say anything. I tried the corp office but they are closed. the first Door Dash person said they are so slow and not doing what they need to do. Maybe this store will close!!!!!!

had ordered from this location on doordash a couple of days ago. There was no napkins, forks or anything in the bag. I called the location and they were hateful and very rude. They even hung up on me while calling them. they blamed doordash, they just pick it up not make the food.

No complaints about the actual staff of this branch but please make sure any contractors you hire to do any late night repairs are not rude to potential customers who are just getting off work.

Not the type to complain online about any restaurant because I also work in the industry. However, my cinnamon twist had no cinnamon sugar on them; And I told my mom to order whatever she wanted through the drive-through, she orders a soft taco and instead she gets a hard shell. She couldn’t even eat the hard shell because of how sensitive her mouth is. Then I ask for no ice in my Baja blast and got ice anyway, which I could’ve absolutely overlooked, but honestly, that piled along with everything else that was wrong with my order I am not very pleased.

Pulled up with a flat tire and everybody that worked there ran inside laughing and locked the door. Horrible experience! Never going there again. Almost lost all faith in humanity right then.

4 stars for fast service and hot tacos ! The lacking star is for the floors littered with trash and food and this fly that is a local! It would not go away and then “sat ” across fromme mean mugging…all taco bells have these fly locals and NEED one of those air thi gs at their doors to keep flies out….ew…can imagine them getting in the good..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!
This is the 3rd time i have gave over 25.00 for food that was not worth my time or effort!!.. I dont have the Luxury of wasting money on food my family cannot eat!!..
First time… No bags available to put the taco salad in..the lady at the window said sorry we dont have bags for them… NEEDLESS TO SAY ON MY WAY HOME 2 TACO SALADS WOUND UP IN MY CAR SEAT AND FLOORBOARD!!…
Second time… still no bags for the taco salad!!.. the line worker that made the salad didnt make sure the top on the watery salsa was on good and it spilled on the bottom of the salad!!!…
And lastly… who ever wrapped the chalupa put their finger through the thin cheap paper that taco bell chooses to use to wrap their food with!!..
No one should have to have experiences like this… Not worthy for another waisted visit from me!!
For those reasons im giving Taco Bell at the Oxford Alabama location less than 1 star that it takes to post my review!! not happy at all!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST TACO BELL EVER. We used the screens inside to order. I used my app for my order and a friends order. My friend upgraded to a freeze. Went to the counter and they gave him a regular drink and he told them he paid for it and they wouldn’t give it to him so I pulled up my app and tried to see the receipt and the app won’t show my receipt it just says that I made an order. Same thing for my order. We had a receipt on the bag that didn’t show that we ordered two stackers but we paid for two on the app. We told the lady and she kept telling us she couldn’t give it to us. I tried to pull up the receipt on the app. Still didn’t show. The app and that store need new management and people working and changes being made. Me and my three friends will never go to this specific Taco Bell again.
