Was asked to go to the drive thru wait spot. 20 minutes after I parked, I walked in to see what was happening. Many cars had come and gone through the drive thru at this point. All I ordered was 3 milkshakes. These were not started until I walked back in and ask. I try to have patience, but that’s absolutely ridiculous.

We ordered 3 shakes around 7:30pm, paid for them at 7:36pm, and then were asked to pull all the way ahead to wait for them. We get that, we’re patient, so we pull ahead. Between 7:50-7:55 my fiance got frustrated and walked inside with his receipt, only to find out that they hadn’t even started the order. Extremely slow service, for 3 milkshakes.

We went through the drive through at 11 on a Sunday, and everyone working the drive through was so polite and nice. They were on top of their game, and we got our order so quickly it was impressive.

I came in before closing time to pick up my wife’s and I order. I was confused to not see it anywhere, upon asking an employee named Jodee kindly informed me about how orders work before close. I showed them the order on the phone and they got to work right away. Super kind and friendly, definitely the best in holland. Shout out to Jodee for being an amazing helper!

1) At 7am, despite there being no line inside, couldn’t get help at the counter. Manager appeared angry and focused on drive thru ops.
2) Eventually able to inform the manager that the restroom needed to be addressed– toilet overflowing.
3) As of 10:30am, over 3 hours later, toilet still overflowing — lost whatever appetite I had. I would post pics of the restroom if it was appropriate.

I’m not sure how many times this has happened to me, or if it’s happened to others…the lady working the drive through does not give correct change. Meaning, she has been literally stealing money from customers. Either she’s pocketing it, or messing up the till. If I were Ronald, I would check up on that.
