Update: Reached out to Jimmy John’s feedback as suggested. Got Reply email that each franchise is independently owned and that I would need to contact Oconomowoc directly to file complaint. Love JJ sandwiches when done correctly but sadly VERY disappointed in this whole experience, both with the franchise and the corporation.

I just want to take the time to recognize Ethan and his staff. What started out as a not so great day. My mom starting chemo. My brain not right. I ordered and sent food to the wrong address. I was absolutely upset. More at myself. But at the moment was unsure what to do. Not even gonna lie, I was not on the very nice end at the moment. And it was not at any fault but my own. He called. We straightened things out. I talked with him. His kindness and generosity really turned a day that was not so great into a good one. He went above and beyond, had the food remade and delivered which he did not have to do. He did not have to fix a mistake that was mine and not his but he did. I truly hope he knows and understands how appreciated he is for what he may think is a usual thing. Thank you Ethan for the outstanding customer service.

HORRIBLE!!! YOU HAVE A SMALL AREA TO DELIVER TO AND YOU CANT EVEN GET SOMEONES LUNCH TO THEM. DONT TELL ME ITS OUT FOR DELIVERY AT 11:20 AND ITS NOW 12:05 AND I STILL HAVE NO SANDWICH. IF YOU CANT HANDLE THIS VOLUME CONSIDER STOPPING DELIVERY AT LEAST THAT WAY PEOPLE WILL KNOW THEY HAVE TO LEAVE TO GET THERE FOOD. NOT WASTE THERE LUNCH HOUR THINKING THEY COULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE. My wife did an online order and ordered me a turkey sandwich with extra turkey and mayo thats all I get that’s why I get extra meat. She gets home it has 3 small pieces of turkey on it. I call down and talk to the manager and get offered a free cookie absolutely ridiculous. How about you fix your mistake with a new sandwich.

This J&J is AWFUL. I ordered over 30 minutes ago on my break because I thought it wouldn’t take them a half an hour to deliver ONE SUB less than 5 minutes away. My break is now over but can’t wait to hold a sub I won’t be able to eat, then I call and get attitude about “well we’re short a driver so there’s only so much we can do” ok. Then DONT DO DELIVERIES. Get it together honestly.

I had ordered for delivery to a business with 2 entrances. I gave delivery instructions to the specific entrance. After an hour and 15 minutes the order had not been delivered. I contacted the store and was told that the driver was turned away by security. This was a lie as I work with the security team. The manager continued to lie to me stating that the driver attempted to call me. I never received a call. I understand that mistakes happen and everybody is short staffed. The rudeness and lack of professionalism exhibited by the manager, who refused to give her name, was unwarranted. I’ve order from this location several times with no issues. I will not be ordering from this location anytime soon.

I can’t say a lot about the service and the atmosphere because I’m a delivery driver there, ( I think I’m still employed there… ) but I can say the food is very delicious. My 14-year-old was completely obsessed for a while and he’s a picky eater, so definitely preteen approved lol. It’s fun for a quick family dinner. To be continued….
