Went through the drive through for dinner after a long day. Lady who took my order was barely speaking and clearly had an attitude. Got my food went home to find that the baked potato with cheese and bacon that I ordered was just a plain ROTTEN potato. Extremely disappointed in the all around experience and will not be back.

I got a big bacon classic, the sandwich was fine. The service was lackluster, one of the drive thru workers was extremely rude and wasn’t personable at all. They forgot my dipping sauce forgot chicken nuggets too.

Got my order wrong. Tried to correct them. Staff had an attitude. Threatened to call the cops on me. This is twice now that this has happened. I was told I got what I paid for even though they messed my order up. They had no problem taking my money but didn’t want to give me what I ordered. I overlooked it the first time. I will NOT be bringing my business back here. I’ll go down the road to Burger King or Culvers at least there I truly get what I pay for.

Imagine if the commercials were honest, this picture would be what you would see.

Chicken, burgers, fries and chili.

Unacceptable and rediculous.
Employees are more concerned with hitting there thc vape pen out back when they can’t even do their easy job sober.
They don’t care , sales keep coming.
How hard is it to follow simple directions?
Most likely they knew it doesn’t matter because it’s not edible anyway.
My Dog won’t even eat it so garbage yet again.
The chili was the only thing edible. No Good tasting, old leftover hamburger,, were just able to stomach enough to eat half of it so we don’t feel sick.
How are these places still so busy.

Good and bad. I thought I’d try the chili for the first time and it had what looked like a half eaten beef patty in it-very unappetizing-I didn’t even try it. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the kids meal apples were delicious and looked like they were sliced in the store as opposed to being processed and packaged beforehand.

I’ve been through the drive thru at this location a few times but never been inside until tonight. Please do yourself a favor and skip going in.
This was the worst experience we’ve had inside a fast food place.
We started by going into the bathroom to wash our hands and they were so disgusting. The trashcan was overflowing. There was trash and food all over the lobby floor. It looked as if they hadn’t cleaned all day.
The saddest part was when we went to sit down, there was not ONE clean table in the entire place. My husband had to go outside to our car and get baby wipes just to clean the table so we could eat.
The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 was because most of our food was fresh (granted, it was 830 at night so I doubt they had things sitting around still).
This location needs some major attention. Every bad review left has someone saying “we will pass this on and make sure the owner knows” but clearly nothing is getting corrected.

Waited a long time in the drive through (15 minute). Restaurant was out of many items (French fries, potatoes, chili, only had diet drinks.) My sandwich order (Dave’s single) was not correct and the door was locked (7:15pm) when I tried to go in to get it corrected. Went back through the drive through and was not able to get it corrected. Loud employees in the background. Very disappointed and won’t go back to this Wendy’s.

Refuse a refund no I don’t want a replacement you can have the food back it couldn’t even choke it down place is a hot mess if the guy who was working the window wasn’t high I don’t know what was wrong with him would not recommend EVER coming to this location
