If I can give them zero stars I would! Horrible after so many years today is the first time I can say the quality of the food was a complete disaster. We almost paid $50 for trash! Definitely need to train the staff

Great visit! I visited around 3pm on 11/7. I didn’t catch her name but the woman who served me was lovely! She made my drink specifically to my liking and was so very friendly. She commented that her daughter and I share a name (Madison), gave me a coupon, and really made me smile. May her and her daughter be blessed.
Great hot food, wonderful custom drink. 10/10.

I finally came to this sonic for the pickle menu and honestly it made me want to start eating at sonic again. I personally think they did the pickle menu better than Popeyes. When I went I also saw they do happy hour drinks which I love because they have dirty sodas and lots of drink options. I did hear one of the workers say they were very understaffed so that makes me sad for the employees because it can get very busy. One girl was working her butt off to get all the food out quickly to the cars and still had a very good attitude.

absolutely do not go here. i did a SMALL mobile order, with a hot dog combo, mozzarella sticks, and a drink. it took 15 minutes for them to bring it out with 1 other car in the lot. when it finally did come the hotdog was ice cold and the bun was broken. i politely asked for it to be fixed and for a refund on the hot dog, not only did she say she’d have to take the BITTEN hot dog back, but she also said she’d have to refund and take the ENTIRE order back?!?! so i couldn’t get a refund on just the hot dog, and had to give up ALL of my food. when i asked to speak to the manager i sat for 5 minutes waiting for her to come out and got sick of it. incredible to me that she was okay with throwing away an entirely good meal rather than refunding me for just the hot dog.

One of the things I love about Sonic is their variety of frozen treats and slushies. I drive about 25-30 minutes to this location because it’s the closer one to me. What is frustrating is driving out to this location and either the flavor of slushie is out of the ice machine isn’t working, or they start cleaning the ice machine 30 minutes before closing. Since this, I remember to “pass” and grab if I’m nearby, I no longer make it my sole trip to come here.

I have loved coming to sonics drive in for their good food and service. They are always clean, fast, and friendly. The food is always delicious, and the drinks ans desserts are always great and tasty!! Congrats on the cooks and hoppers for doing such a great job!! But theres where this post goes bad. This place in particular is being very poorly, horribly, and absolutely downright embarrassingly managed!!! Whoever owns this sonic or manages it needs fired immediately!! And no I am not exaggerating when I tell you these cons of this place..

#1- it’s always hot there, and there is tons of fans to help cool the hoppers but are never on-completely rusted out-heck half the overhead lights dont work as well.
#2- always understaffed. There is never enough hoppers and cooks at this place. Get the ones who do come to work the help they need!!
#3- there’s at least 3 broke card readers at this location, that have been broke for over 2 months!! That’s unacceptable!! This means the hopper has to go back inside to cash out the person paying every time!! Get your place fixed for your employees now!!
#4- the concrete, walls, and floors are degrading at a fast pace!! Put money into property or people will stop coming! I have seen no renovations here for years! Inside even looks bad!!
In the end, I hope the manager and owner see this and their employees, cause I know things won’t change here because if a customer has to lay it all out on here for all to see.. it’s already to late as the management hasn’t given absolutely zero interest in this place!!! Sorry your cooks and hoppers have to work in this type of environment!!!

Caroline has brought out my food multiple times and has absolutely 0 customer service abilities at all. she’s extremely dismissive and just constantly seems like she doesn’t wanna be there or doesn’t wanna serve me, doesn’t say hi or anything just hands me the food with an attitude and walks off. when i asked her which drink was which (because i got two different drinks) she said “i don’t even know” before handing me them.

I’d give negative stars if I could. I ordered and paid through the app. The app wouldn’t let me check in. I contacted them inside. They viewed the app, the issues that the app was happening, and that I had paid for my food. They told me to cancel the order. The app doesn’t give you that option. They went back inside. I waited about 10 minutes. Called back in and asked about my food. They refused. So I paid for it, they saw it, and still wouldn’t give it to me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They have screwed up my order every time, send now refused to give me what I paid for. I’ll never go back.

Genuinely ridiculous, very politely explained the drinks were wrong and she proceeded to gaslight my partner and insisted they were right. If its an extra charge to make a soda dirty I shouldn’t receive the soda just plain with nothing extra in it. No lime. No cream. No coconut. Nothing. I work a crappy minimum wage job too and I get not wanting to do your job but if youre called out at the very least fix it. Now I have plain rootbeer I was overcharged for “blueberry lavender” lemonade that is genuinely clear, and lost over an hour of my life at work for my stuff to be wrong. Its ok to be wrong just fix it instead of being prideful. Look at the picture and you’ll see it is completely wrong that is clearly not a dirty rootbeer at all, and the lemonade is clear, not blue not purple but utterly CLEAR. If someone cant be trusted to work late at night without a supervisor around to make sure orders are done right then stop scheduling them alone if they need to be watched.
