I’ve been to this fast food place several times, and each time, I’ve been more impressed with the service and food quality. The restaurant has a clean, comfortable atmosphere, and the staff is always welcoming. I usually order a classic cheeseburger, and it’s always cooked perfectly – juicy, flavorful, and served with fresh toppings. The fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and never soggy, which is a big plus. I also tried their milkshake, and it was creamy and delicious, the perfect way to finish off a meal. One thing I really appreciate is the quick service. Even during busy hours, I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my order. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal

I went to the drive up and ordered my food. I was not told that they we’re not serving yet because they were suppose to be open at 5AM but clearly was not ready. I ordered at 5:08 AM. I sat and waited for 14 minutes for my food and ended up driving away without it. I was on my way to work and did not have time to continue to sit and wait longer. I wish that he had just told me that they weren’t ready to open. I could have gone somewhere else. But instead went with no breakfast at all.

I ordered 2 fillet-o-fish sandwiches a large fry and 2 shakes. The filets were cold with NO tartar sauce or cheese. The fries were cold and had a ton of salt on them. This is the reason I don’t frequent McDonalds anymore.

Omg Anil was the absolute most professional and polite sincere service I’ve ever had in my entire life of any restaurant, particularly McDonald’s. That man ought to have a raise. I had an excellent experience.

every time i come to sterling mcdonald’s my “code doesn’t work” when ive never had that problem at any other mcdonald’s. if a code doesn’t work at rockfalls they look at it at the window and promo it off

Nice, modern McDonald’s with ordering kiosks. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean with nice seating. Food took a little longer to come out than expected, but was brought to our table and was fresh and good. Only bad thing was ketchup packets instead of a pump and little cups.

So basically, today [ Nov. 20, 2020 ] I ordered a big mac, with a 10 piece nuggets, and a large fries. At around 7:50-8:05, I returned to my house so that I could eat my food. So I open up the big Mac and I saw that the half of the meat was missing. Do you guys really hink this is acceptable to have a big mac like this? For real, I don’t accept this type of stuff.

Was told to pull to curbside with no one in drive through, waited 10mins no one brought out food and 4 cars had been served through drive through, walked inside to only 3 people waiting for food to be ignored by every worker behind the counter, everyone working looked like they didn’t wanna be there. Finally after asking what is going on with my order from who I’m assuming was the manager he proceed to run up to 3 different people asking about my order to find it sitting on the corner of a table, he hands it to me and apologizes. Get the food home for the fries to be the soggiest fries Iv ever had, and my double burger looking like a single cause it’s been smashed down so much, it was only ketchup and I think I could taste a hint of ketchup and the patty’s where completely black and dry. When it’s $5 for just a med fry one could only hope to have better service
