POPEYES CORPORATE!! Please just shut down this restaurant. At least to rehire new managers and staff. I swore I would never go to this restaurant again. However, I made the mistake of trying it again several years later. I have never had a good experience at this restaurant. It is always slow. We ordered via website with a pickup at a specific time. My wife was still at the restaurant 40 minutes after the pickup time because they were “cooking fresh chicken.” She finally got the order, and came home. REALLY!! Fresh chicken! I called to complain. No help whatsoever! Sure I could drive back to fix the problem. This food should have never been served to anything except the trash. Fresh was 4 hours prior. I was going to meet the manager the next business day, but decided it would be a waste of time. #popeyeschicken again, please shut down this restaurant!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered online and it took 30 minutes and two reminders to the staff that we were waiting on our meal. We got home and not only was it cold, but there were only 5 strips in our box that was supposed to have 12. 2 of which were burnt and inedible. When I called to talk with them about it, they were beyond rude. They said they hadn’t spoken to me the evening before when this occurred nor did they remember us. I stated I could bring them our receipt and sat on the phone with a man named Lee for 10 minutes. He claimed he was a manager but couldn’t look up our order and continually said he was confused. He was condescending and gave no effort to rectify the situation. We will be following up with this locations higher manager, but its safe to say we won’t ever go to this location again. Unless there is a change in staff or motivation, I would skip this location entirely.

I was picking up am order for Uber Eats. She contacted this location to make sure they would be open. They told her they would be until 730. She called me to male sure I would make it by then. I made it by 719. The doors were locked so I went to the drive through. I let them know, I was there for an Uber eats order. And they told me to cancel it they were closed. I explained my customer already called and was told they would have it for her. They disconnected from the drive through and refused to speak any further. I understand its Christmas Eve but the customer explained to e she was in an accident and stuck at home. Now she will have no food.

Myra absolutely made all the difference with our experience at this Popeye’s! She is so friendly & personable, it made us want to go back the following week. Also, we did have to wait about 5 minutes for hot, fresh chicken, but it was worth the wait!! *DONT EVER LOSE MYRA*

I am never ever coming back to this Popeyes again, the only way I will come back is if I can get my money back because this is ridiculous!!! I went to drive through and ordered some food my tenders is cold didn’t get my fries ended up getting mashed potatoes and gravy the lady that took my order told me I never said Fry’s when I know I did ( she was having a hard time hearing anyway through the headset) and then wanted to argue with me over the phone and tell me to bring back a receipt when I never got handed a receipt , and for me to bring back the food when I don’t even live in Springdale and continues to ask me to bring back the food when I keep telling her I don’t live in Springdale and I am off two days in a row from work…. She said that she would fix half of it this time but next time I need to bring the receipt. I never really ate their this would have been my second time eating at that Popeyes and at first it was fine when I first went in but there is rude customer service right there I work in customer service and that is not how you treat your customers!

Went back to give this location another try since we really enjoyed it in the passed but things have not improved since last visit in July and 1 before that in march. Food quality was not up to par biscuit was extremely hard chicken tenders were rubbery and not fresh or hot but luke warm not sure were to food safe temp. Mashed potatoes and gravy was somewhat hot but put in a large container so it made dipping my tenders messy. Had to wait on food about 20 mins they have you park them bring it out. The person said she was only 1 working was outside when smoking when we placed our order. If I have to wait I do not mind but I expect hot fresh food. Guess will be going back to slim chicken as they serve your food hot and fresh. JUST SO SAD HOW FAR DOWN HILL THIS POPEYES HAS COME. lost my business until I feel the need to give them another try.

I just paid 5102 for a family meal came with all the chicken four classic legs classic thigh wing and breast eight biscuits and then large sides they left out my biscuits even though I ordered extra honey and buttered for those biscuits. I then tried to call them and no one answered when I did get someone to answer they hung up right away answering and hanging up what a rude restaurant I will be calling corporate This is absolutely disgusting.

Go down to slim chickens 2 blocks down. We walked in waited 10 mins to watch 4 people working and only taking 1 order at a time. There was music blaring that you couldnt even talk over it was so loud. We walked out before we got to order. We could see this wasnt going well at this location.
