Ordered online thru GrubHub. Food was SOAKED in Fryer Grease. Completely uneatable. Burger & Mac&Cheese were decent. Could not eat anything fried. Also Ordered: Fish&Chips, Fries, Reuben Appetizer and Onion Rings.

I have been here in the past and have been very disappointed with the service and food. I gave up coming here but I most recently had a chance to try it again. I’m pleasantly surprised in the difference bc the food is SO MUCH BETTER and whoever cooks takes pride in their product they send out to the floor. I ordered a pick up grilled chicken wrap with waffle fries. Phenomenal. Hot. Fries were crispy.
I decided to pick up for tonight as well. Same delicious item and made the same!
The service though… they need to get happier ppl in there. I saw 4 waitresses and none of them were pleasant. None smiled. I was ignored initially by the bartender waitress. No one else talked to me. No one offered me water while I waited for my order. Waitress brings over the bag and throws it down on the counter behind the bar. I said.. excuse me, is that mine? And told her my name. She was very snippy and asked if I paid for it. I did, online. She didn’t even hand it to me. I had to reach over.
Get your staff right and you’d have more regular customers.

Been here a few times when I’m in town. The food is always good & the drinks are delicious. Highly recommend the peach ring martini! Service was attentive and super friendly. Sunday afternoon, was not too busy and no wait.

I would give this place more than five stars if I could. I’ve eaten there several times and I don’t have a single bad thing to say. I love that someone put a lot of thought and making the atmosphere so creatively done. Livewood edges on the bar in areas, the bar stools, and the way some tables are literally attached to the bar makes this place different in the best kind of way.

Food is great most of the time. If you go when it is not busy like late at night do not order the food it’s not great. During the day service can very. Sometimes you’ll have a great time fast and friendly. But others your server will ignore you and the kitchen will screw up the entire order. So the place overall is a mixed bag. But whe. You catch it at the right time the food is excellent. I highly recommend a side of the Brussel sprouts they are really good. Fair warning though this place is very loud. They keep the music and TVs loud.

The food is delicious but the owner needs to report to Springfield police about the nuisance man with a guitar that caterwauls in the parking lot. He disturbs the peace by disrupting shoppers and you can hear him several streets over. A simple tresspassing order will permanently keep him away but the business has to do it since it is their property.
This is why I only give 3 stars for atmosphere, I don’t appreciate how these businesses let that guy repeatedly yell offkey for hours in the parking lot, I don’t even want to be in that area when he is there.

We came in with a group of 23. Got seated in the back area separate from the main restaurant. Kendra was amazing. She was super attentive and put up with all of our shenanigans. Answered all of our questions and did an amazing job keeping us stocked on drinks and food. Always had a smile on her face.
Food was very delicious and fairly priced. I personally got the braised short rib hoagie with loaded fries. It was very delicious and cooked well. Got two drinks from the bar and they were also very delicious.
Will be making this a standard date night stop with my wife.

My bar tender was a superstar. Lovely woman with glasses, I think her name was Janelle. Drinks always on point, great menu recommendations. I even over heard he recommended a beer that paired well with the fish dinner. Give this woman a raise!
