I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I specifically asked for a bowl with 1 scoop of rice, chicken, black beans, pinto beans, both red and green salsa, cheese, queso, chimichurri and a LOT of lettuce. What I received was completely different. The bowl was loaded with rice, which I clearly wanted to avoid, and the rest of the ingredients were barely added. There were only a few tiny pieces of lettuce, even though I asked for extra. On top of that, the chicken tasted bitter and wasn’t enjoyable at all.
I was looking forward to a good dinner, but this order was very disappointing. I expect better attention to instructions and quality from Chipotle.

came in everything was fine until we sat down to eat at 10, I get it they close at 10 and the lady tells us the dining room is closed. and the dining room was disgusting anywho. but we start to eat and notice how crunchy the rice was. like disgustingly crunchy, the whole bowl was crunchy. terrible experience.

Very dirty! Paper from the straws, lids on the floor, rice on the floor. Very poorly burrito roll it was so tiny!! They only had brown rice not white rice which is understandable the rice was hard!!! And very unprofessional the staff was being loud, cussing, flicking each other off. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE.

i come to this specific chipotle 5 days a week for lunch. it’s right by my work and very convenient. let me tell you about the overwhelmingly positive feelings that this chipotle brings me. i’m talking happiness, contentment, joy, pleasure, and satisfaction. the staff? perfect. the food? perfect. they made me the best burrito of my life today (pictured) and i weeped tears of joy. and on top of all of that, their address is 420 which is funny.

I stopped going here for a while and I was like let’s give them another chance. At first there was given decent amount of chicken and food and today they did it again where it’s barely 3 pieces of chicken. I’m totally stopping with chipotle never going back and I don’t recommend anyone else to go here it’s dirty and the food they give you it’s funny.

I never post reviews on this app…. However this is the worst chipotle in the country. The last five times I have been, they have been out of chicken or steak or both. 20 minutes later, they scrap enough together for a few bowls. Incredibly poorly run. Get it together.

It was a great atmosphere to have a lunch. Was there around 11 am to take a quick lunch and everything was perfect. I ordered chipotle bowl with limited time entree chicken al pastor and it was nice. Overall this was my second time there and enjoyed having my lunch.

This was the salad I ordered. Barely any lettuce and only half full bowl. You can see there is no lettuce from where I put it on a plate. They also forgot the fajita veggies on the salad and on the burrito bowl. I reached out to customer service and they offered me 2 free drinks. Which is a joke. They then offered me a bogo deal… I feel as a customer They should have reimbursed me for the salad or gave me a free meal. Instead their response was “sorry your disappointment”. I cater from here for my job and order lunch often. I will not be returning to this location sadly.

Stopped in for dinner and recieved a masterclass in unprofessional behavior. Whoever the skinny dude with the mustache is, that was on Grill, shouldn’t be working retail much less be a manager. He was screaming and cussing at other employees and throwing dishes. Absolutely terrible behavior. I could not believe it. He could be heard throughout the entire place and made for an absolutely horrible atmosphere. I feel very sorry for all the employees that have to work there with him, they all deserve better. As someone that worked Grill for years, i understand it can definitely be frustrating sometimes, but screaming, throwing things, and cussing out the employees on the line right in front of customers is completely out of line.
