Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. Our server (I believe her name was Nena) seemed very rushed and pushy from the moment we sat down. We had barely opened the menu before being asked multiple times if we were ready to order.
We ordered two Pepsi’s, but only one arrived, along with a glass of water. When I asked again for my Pepsi, another water was brought instead. That set the tone for the rest of the evening.
Throughout our meal, we felt hovered over and interrupted frequently, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy dinner. However, when it came time to pay, we noticed one of the suggested tip options was 30%, which caught us off guard. We’re from Battle Ground, Washington and are used to seeing suggested tips closer to 18–20%, so that felt unusually high.
The atmosphere also felt very quiet and lacked energy.
Overall, it is good food, but the service experience detracted from the evening. I’d recommend it for the cuisine, but be prepared for potentially inconsistent service.
Impressed with how fast the service was. Ordered what I get at every Mexican restaurant, combo fajitas. The best fajitas are always marinated. These weren’t but were seasoned well with a unique flavor. The cadillac margarita was strong and the deep fried ice cream was nice and crunchy.
Overall a very good experience. Will be back to Seattle next week and may try again unless I find another gem.
