This location is very inconsistent in regards to the overall experience. The oil they fry the food in is often old and/or disgusting. The car hops run away from your car after bringing you your order, leaving no time to check your food and ensure you have the proper condiments/utensils. We only have good experiences when the male manager(sorry, do not know his name) is on duty.

Stopped by here on the way back to Georgia, and I must say this was delicious. There was a long line of cars in the drive-thru so we pulled in a slot to order, and I was little concerned due to the quality of service I had received back home. I must say it was way above my expectation. Hamburger was not overly messy, it was just right, the tater tots were hot, and the Dr. Pepper was strong how I like it. It also did not take long to receive our order. My Wife normally don’t eat burgers, but she also really enjoyed our lunch. Please tell the whole staff that worked yesterday, great job.

Ordered a combo and large tot online. Fast pickup, but the large tot had the same amount as the combo (med) tot. Definitely not worth the $3.50. Burger was fine.

I go to this Sonic a lot because it’s close to CCU where I live. I often use the Mobile App to place orders, just because it’s easier and less time-consuming. Ordering on the app is simple enough. Getting everything you ask for, regarding sauces, is hit or miss. This time I got the chicken tender meal, which comes with Texas Toast, an onion ring, and some tater tots. The Texas Toast was just straight up toast that tasted very burnt, and it was not cut all the way. Everything else that came with my meal was thrown into my air fryer because it was either cold or soggy. I usually really like Sonic but the quality of this meal, and the ones that I had gotten for my friends, was less than usual. Still, I understand how busy fast food can be, and I am never going to blame the workers for doing their job to the best of their ability.

I have been coming here for years I decided to say something about this issue because the food was inedible. They don’t care and future customers please CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Management needs to make the employees do better they are the reflection of the business. I work in the food industry so I’m aware but this is unacceptable.

THIS STORE IS THE MOST PATHETIC EXCUSE for a fast food restaurant. I ordered: 2 corn dogs WELL Done, 1 coney, 1 small tator tot and 1 chili cheese tator tot. Of course the corn dogs were raw on the inside.. We sat at the pick up window for 13 minutes for this? They did not put the small tator tot in the bag but stuffed the coney in the bag where all of the onions, & chili were in the bottom of the bag. I will NEVER GO To this location again. Enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went through the drive thru. The young lady was very courteous and me meal was ready quickly. The team was working together and did a great job.
