I waited patiently through their lunch rush and got my take out order. Once I got home to eat my Cobb salad there was no eggs, which was the main reason I go the salad in the first place. You’ve disappointed me Chick-fil-A. Also drove 20 minutes since this location was the closest and still very disappointed. $10 down the drain! If you’re rushing to get food. I wouldn’t recommend this location. They don’t really do well with quality check.

I ordered a Spicy grilled Southwest Salad today and had alot of lettuce in my salad that had turned brown. This was very unpleasant and in all my years of being a customer this has never happen at the other establishments. Salads are the main things that I purchase. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this but not my first food issue at this same restaurant. I will not return to this restaurant.

Disappointed with the consistency and customer care.

I typically love Chick-fil-A and have always had great experiences especially being from New Jersey where the service has always been top-tier. But unfortunately, this location has let me down more than once.

This morning, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and was given grilled chicken instead not even something I knew Chick-fil-A served for breakfast. While I get that mistakes happen, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue.

Previously, I received a side of mac & cheese that smelled and tasted spoiled. Even the person taking my order acknowledged the smell when I brought it back which speaks volumes. However, when I brought it to the manager’s attention, his response was simply, “It’s made fresh every morning.” Instead of acknowledging the issue, he brushed it off and offered me something else which honestly missed the point. It wasn’t about getting free food. It was about being heard and respected as a paying customer.

What bothers me the most is that this location knows me by name. They don’t even ask anymore which tells me they recognize I expect my order to be right, and if it’s not, I will say something. That’s not being difficult that’s expecting good service.

I really hope this feedback leads to better customer care and accountability moving forward. Because the food can be great, but the experience matters just as much.

I had a lovely morning sister hangout at this location, and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food! Everything was clean, bright, well stocked, and the staff were super friendly and great report with each other.

Our cashier/food runner Linda Holland was incredibly warm and engaging, and helped to enhance our experience there! She even fetched me a straw when she realized that she had accidentally neglected to bring one with her when delivering my iced coffee, even though the straws were only a few feet away. I truly hope that she is considered for future higher up roles because I could see her being a great shift lead/manager if she so desired.

Thank you for creating a wonderful first visit and I look forward to coming to this location again!

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in the city of Indianapolis. I recently went and ordered two salads; both salads together had about seven pieces of chicken on them. I waited for over 10 minutes for this poorly prepared food. Customer service was horrible, especially from the Directors. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

We don’t have a Chick-fil-A close to us, so whenever traveling we try to find a Chick-fil-A…..usual more than one time. The food is nice, the service is nice and the restaurant is clean including the bathrooms. If you go through the drive through, they are really organized to keep the flow going and the workers outside are nice too. The best Restaurant all-around ♥️

Food took awhile to make and when I got my food for instore it was not on a tray which is fine but the tray is nice. Then at 157 pm Jan 8th a young man working the drive thru came in complaining loudly about customers in front of other customers to another employee on her break which is not good for business. All other employees are fine at this location but that was a little off putting and disappointing to hear while I was eating.

Usually have great service and food, today very disappointing. Had to wait extra long for fresh chicken strips not a big deal we like it fresh…. but then give me fresh not COLD fries!!! There were 4 or 5 normal sized very cold fries on top and then nothing but teeny tiny pieces filled the rest of a large order. Come on! Do better!!!

During my visit this evening, the cashier was unprofessional when informing us that several menu items were unavailable. Unfortunately, we were not notified of these shortages prior to ordering. The lack of communication and apparent inventory issues made for a disappointing experience. As a result, I do not plan to return in the near future
