The food was great! The play place was nasty. It’s a great concept, and the play place is huge! But Carl’s Jr, if you’re going to have a play place, you’ve got to maintain it a lot better! There were stray socks lodged in strange places, and the whole area smelled so disgusting. Who would want to eat food while sitting in that horribly smelling place?? I looked at the bottom of my kids’ socks by the time we had to go, and they were so black and filthy. We only stopped here because we were on a road trip and the kids needed to run around. But I probably will never stop here again .

I like carl.jrs but the one in Eagle left me at the ordering box for 10 mins in drive thru then I ordered a chicken sandwich get it and there’s no chicken . I call the managers actually laughs and said yep chicken should be in there. How does management laugh in customers.face for messing up their food. Need new management it seems

I am sad to report such a bad review. I ordered a double cheese burger and fries combo. My fries where cold and I didn’t get my burger the way I asked for it. I should of known. I placed my order and walked to get my soda cup filled as I was filling my cup the girl is giving me my order. I love the burgers there sorry about this bad review but you should know.

Literaly everything was fresh.. ordered 2 double egg and cheese biscuits with a large hashbrowns and was simply amazing… if I am ever coming through town again… I’ll make it a choice again for sure!

The worst experience ever.
Ordered thinking it would be fast.
Everyone was standing around waiting on one guy to do everything. Drive thru was backed up with 4 cars in it. The front cars time was 19+ minutes on the counter on the screen. We waited for 18 minutes in the dining room with no explanation at all. Then when we finally got the food the sandwichs were cold and there was half of a large fry. For $20 at a fast food place it should be good. It wasn’t and the service was even worse than the food.

I ordered the jalapeño burger and my son ordered the hand breaded crispy chicken. Oh my it was definitely juicy. Also the cashier dj from drive thru was extremely pleasant and so helpful in finding me something to eat . Two thumbs up!

We had breakfast today and it was the biscuits and gravy and sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich it definitely was yummy!
Thanks again to that young man Dj. He is very pleasant and knows his menu for sure. Not like most people when you ask them what does a certain sandwich have on it . And they say let me look it up or maybe they have to look at pictures hehe.

My family ate at the Carl’s Jr in Ontario. Staff was rude. Weren’t very helpful. Left a poor new guy up front to fend for himself. You could tell he just started working. Flys everywhere! Tables disgusting and not to mention the nasty homeless man that was inside spraying RAID! Yes Raid! Trying to kill the flys cause he was tired of the nasty location as well. But spraying raid is not acceptable either. So I went and informed the rude workers and to my surprise she actually made him leave. But then he just went to KFC across the road. Anyway. If the restaurant looks and acts like trash. I wonder what the kitchen looks like! Yuck! Never eating there again. Someone needs to come in and clean that place and re access its employees! Truly nasty. I had to leave. Wasn’t feeling the smell of raid while I tried to eat. My family packed up and left.

We came here 8/16/2025 on our way into town on a trip. It wasn’t the greatest, ladies bathroom was dirty, no soap, mens I was told was ok, tables were sticky, there was a fly bugging people while we ate. I over heard people complaining that the kid area was very hot, so I’m guessing AC wasn’t working? The main lobby the AC was fine though. The lady got the wrong table number and gave us someone else food and we had to stop her from walking away. We had to wait about 10 mins for our food to come out, 3 orders total if curious. We ended up skipping here on our stop coming back up north and ate somewhere else. Food was ok, fires were not fresh. I’m still going to give them 3 stars for credit to the fact it was a little busy. A lot of parents and kids were here that day and it was Saturday. I’ve worked in fast food industry before and it’s common to see over worked and under staffed places on the weekends. Not a good time for employees.
