I don’t know what it is, but this particular McDonald’s never ever fills their fries. This is like the 4th time we’ve been here in the last few months, and this is what the fries are like, every single time. Fries are friggin cheap. Idk why they can’t seem to fill the fries up. I upsized for my husbands meal and I sure as hell didn’t get my extra dollars worth of fries. Guess I should hold up the line and check my bag before I leave since they can’t seem to do a good job.

I went in cause my sandwich was the wrong kind, just got sausage instead of bacon. I just wanted my bacon slices, but the gentleman at the front made me a fresh bacon one lightning fast! Thank you for being so friendly, I hate having to do that and was nervous. I love my local people!

Review Title: Hygiene Concerns and Missing Monopoly Game Pieces
I am writing this review to detail two issues I encountered during a recent visit to the McDonald’s in Newport, Washington.
First, upon receiving my order, I noticed a significant hygiene issue with the creamy chili sauce cup. The cup had clearly been opened prior to being given to me, as there was a visible crust forming around the rim and on the lid. This suggests the sauce was either used and improperly handled or had been sitting out exposed, which is unacceptable and raises immediate concerns about food safety and quality control.
Second, I specifically ordered items that were advertised as part of the Monopoly promotion so that I could participate in the game. Unfortunately, none of the qualifying items in my order came with the required Monopoly game tags. This is highly disappointing, as participating in the promotion was a factor in my order selection, and it feels misleading when the promised game pieces are not included.
I urge the management at this location to address these two points: the strict enforcement of sanitary protocols, especially concerning condiments, and ensuring that all promotional items include the promised game pieces as advertised.

I have never left a McDonalds feeling better than I did when I arrived. Great customer service and very clean! I wish I could remember the sweet lady’s name at the front counter, but she was the best.

Everyone talks about the outrageous price of McDonald’s lately, however no one talks about the fact that the hamburger patties have shrunk to 1/10 pound patties!!! (That means if you add a 2nd patty, it is still only a 1/5 pound.) What a joke!!! No wonder they are trying chicken big macs! SHAME ON MCDONALD’S!!!

We font eat at McDonald’s very often, maybe twice a year. Hamburgers were nice and hot, and the chicken nuggets and fries were slightly warm. But we got there during shift change! Employees were polite. There were about 15 to 20 napkins, straw packaging receipts on the floor, and around the kiosk. While a girl and other employees walking back and forth to the register or are just standing there, a customer picked up all the trash on the floor! The first impression makes a big difference.
