I took my daughters for dinner here when visiting DE. Glad they still have this location as some of the ones in Nj have closed. Staff was very friendly, the hostess was very kind and our server was nice and efficient. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get, kids meals are nice selection, food came out hot and fresh and was very tasty, dessert was good too. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Will certainly return!

The service was incredibly slow. My boyfriend and I waited about 10 minutes before anyone greeted the table and when we finally got our food and drinks, which didn’t have everything it was supposed to, our coffee cups sat empty for another 20 minutes. Everyone seemed like they would rather be doing anything other than working.

We ordered apple pie warm with ice cream. The apple pie was so cold the ice cream would not melt into the pie. The coffee was old tasting. This is the Bob Evans on Rt 40 in the Governor Square Shopping Center. I will not return to this one. The Eagle Run Bob Evans is so much better.

I love this place. We usually go to the Middletown location that’s closest to my house but we came here last week and it was amazing! The food was great and so were the booths. Now don’t let the host bully u to a table. Assert ur dominance when u go in and let them know u NEEED to sit in a booth. When u sit at a table it shows other diners in the restaurant u r a submissive person who will take any seating option available. I mean, sure you can sit a table if you want me and the jocks to bully you and get all rowdy. Or u can sit in a booth and we can all be calm and enjoy our meals. I will definitely be returning here soon the employees were all super friendly and sat me at a booth . I love the burgers and the chicken sandwich here as well.

Haven’t been to this place in years. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be back. I ordered a 3 egg steak tip omelet with hash browns. The omelet was the smallest I ever had. The hash browns were dried out and crunchy, not the good crunchy. The service was just ok. It took over a 1/2 an hour to get my food. The dry hash browns were cold, so I didn’t eat that. The coffee and toast were good.
