The food is fine, but the workers are genuinely the worst people you could hire. Everytime I come in they are constantly on their phones, laughing with each other excessively, and just ignoring customers. There’s no acknowledgment when you’re there and they just throw your food in the counter after you’ve been waiting 35 minutes for a burger because they are treating this place like highschool. It’s so frustrating when you’ve paid on the kiosk a half hour ago and the lobby is full and you don’t even get a “hey sorry it’s taking a while we’re doing the best we can”. People constantly leaving because no one comes to the counter to see if they need to order. What a joke lmao.

I’d give zero stars if I could. We stopped here a couple hours into our 600 mile drive. We ordered in store and waited a half hour. At that point we still didn’t have our food and an employee was complaining he didn’t have food to fill orders, so we asked for a refund. The MANAGER continued to unload boxes, IGNORING our request. I told her we were traveling and needed to get on our way AND SHE WALKED AWAY!!!! We left WITHOUT OUR FOOD OR REFUND.

This McDonald’s has gone DOWNHILL. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and this is what I got. Wrong eggs and no cheese. Not to mention I was the only car in the drive thru and still waited 10 minutes for my food!!

Do not order DoorDash from here, they always forget stuff. Sometimes it’s major, other times if inconvenient, like sauce packets. Either way there will most likely be something missing more than everything being there. If you go in person you will wait 30 minutes minimum for a simple order.

I have not been to a Mcdonalds in many years and thought I would try a bigmac and cheeseburger. I came in and placed my order on a order monitor and chose the option to pay in cash and to eat in. I the waited at the cash register where the order was actually placed after approx. 10 minutes. I paid for my food and asked I have a so called table tent nr. 9 to eat in. I asked should I wait here or can i be seated at a table. She responded I can do either. I picked a table close to the delivery counter. I then waited another 20 minutes. Nothing came. I watched many people and door dash deliverers come and go. I then seen a worker bring a bag to the counter and placed it calling the number 9. On my ticket was a very large nr. 146. After approx.5 minutes I approached the counter and took a closer look at the bag. It had 1 cheeseburger and 1 bigmac in it. I then seen the nr. 9 on my ticket. I realized it was mine. I then went back to my table to eat. The cheeseburge tasted way too much salt and very well done or even almost burnt. The bigmac was somewhat better but not a enjoying meal. I finally left McDonalds in Fredonia NY Thinking I will never return to this McDonalds and more than likely any McDonalds ever again. This McDonalds needs very much improvement in their process of taking orders and meal preparation. McDonalds you have disappointed me beyond your belief.
After making this feedback over McDonalds. I received a standard response from McDonalds asking about information such as reciept which cannot be continued without this information. I did not keep the receipt. This tells me McDonalds in Fredonia does not even care about the responses of patrons. My final statement is I will never go to this McDonalds again. McDonalds you need to improve.

Yet another disappointment at the fredonia NYMcdonalds. Management is the problem here. Head sets are broken so use rhe first windows to take orders so the grill can be proactive leading to a overall better experience time. So much for the old McDonald’s standard with a total experience time of 3:30. More like 35 minutes.

let me say, u do not write reviews but I will write this one cus of how terrible this location is. I ordered online late at night after I got out of work. when I pulled into the drive through there was only five cars in front of me. it’s now been 35 minutes and we’re down to 3 cars in front of me. people have wrote bad reviews all the time but what’s the point of being open late when your not going to staff your store properly? absolutely poor management and even worse customer service.

If I could give zero stars for service I would. We left to get food and arrived at 9:15 and ordered by 9:20. We are just now leaving with our food at 10:20pm. Workers were flirting with each other and not paying attention to any orders other than DoorDash. They had at least 7 workers in the kitchen, so no excuse for the wait time. I could’ve gone to the store, bought the ingredients and made the food from scratch in half the time we were there. There were also NO other people in the building at the time.

They always seem to short us on something when we get take out! Today it was a double cheeseburger! Called to complain and “Colleen” said all she could do is remake it! I said remake it, we didn’t get one! Said sorry but that is all she could do, no refund or anything! We always do take out because the last time we dined in one of the managers was at the counter using her vape and then sat at a table using her vape!

Absolutely avoid this McDonald’s at all costs .. unless you have a whole day to waste… its never less than a 20 min wait… I have now been sitting in the drive thru line for 29 minutes and its NOT moving
