The star rating is not the greatest because of the service quality and the speed of service isn’t the greatest! I’ve ordered from this particular location many times and it’s still about the same every time. The 4 stars is for the regular snack wrap, it’s really good and cheap, great for a light lunch!!

Was handed wrong order at window and sat for a bit waiting for them to come back. Felt if they just had more of an exchange I could have resolved issue longer (I ordered 4+ things and got a bag with one sandwich so it was obvious)

Went through the drive through with a mobile app order. Got drinks and then were told to move forward to wait. Waited 10 minutes until we saw all the people behind us had received their order. When I went in to ask why we were still waiting the worker took my receipt and made the order then. I asked why we had to wait and the person who identified himself as the manager said he didn’t know we were there. Like someone else said I have no idea why we keep coming back here. Hands down the worst service on a consistent basis.
