Not gonna lie I like Wendy’s a lot but for some reason whenever I order at night it’s never right. I ask for sweet and sour… they keep giving me sweet chili. I asked for a crispy chicken BLT… only thing that was right was the chicken part! I barely had lettuce, no tomato, no cheese and no bacon!! just a chicken patty. This has happened twice.. You guys gotta do better..

We had to spend 30 minutes in the drive thru. When we finally arrived at the window, our order was completely wrong. The employee helping us was giving us so much attitude and sass but we gave her back the order to try again. Then when we got our new order, it was incorrect again. The employee was very rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She made a snide comment by saying ‘Come on bruh’ as we were checking our food. This was one of the worst fast food experiences ever. I recommend that yall never go to this restaurant because all you will find is terrible service and a disgusting environment.

We got inside the restaurant and did not move for 10 minute. Then I parked and went inside waited between 10-15 minutes. Did not move until a short black lady came to the register and waited on us. Very nice. But nobody was doing there job. The lady at the window was busy . But I have never seen this Wendy’s like this . I got my food before the lady that ordered on line and was still standing there when I left.

It’s not a clean place. The floor is always wet and dirty. There were bugs flying around the trashcans. The drink station is always dirty. The staff was ok. The food is usually great but today the chicken nuggets were old and overcooked. We love Wendy’s but this Wendy’s isn’t up to par compared to others.

I ordered an apple chicken salad and I had to wait a very long time to get it.Even though salads are usually made up already and all they have to do is throw some chicken on it. I actually didn’t want to wait for the girl to get me dressing.So I left without the dressing, and usually they give you pecans with it.I didn’t get those either. The sound was good, however and I used my own dressing.

Took almost 35 minutes for 2 small nuggets and 2 frosty’s. Wasn’t that busy. The cashier switched the sizes of our frosty’s and put the wrong sauces with our nuggets. Wait was very long and it was not very busy in the store or the drive thru. There was over 5 people in the back working and only about 4 or 5 waiting for orders.

I don’t usuallu write reviews but something needs to be done about this Wendys. All the workers and so rude. They are slow as well. They left me and many other customers behind waitig at the register for almost 10 minutes. Took 15 minutes to get food.
