I just ordered some food and brought it home for my family. We ended up with toast instead of a blueberry waffle. Not a huge deal, but when trying to call, you get an automated voice telling you to “order online, or on their app” 3 times, and after a minute, it goes “thank you for calling WH. Goodbye”
Can’t blame staff for the automated phone, but the company getting rid of the ability to talk to ANYONE is freakin stupid. I’ll swing by later to bug em for our waffle.

1st the from the Afro-American lady excellent! The manager was kind and friendly. The others act like it hurt to speak. The cook rolls her eyes as the waitress gave the order. The food was poorly made but I gave 5 stars because the waitress was so kind but 1 star food because the cook was petty. The location was clean. Parking was easy.

I’m from NYC and this is my 1st time visiting a waffle house
I’ve never felt such a WARM, WELCOMING & FAMILY FRIENDLY place.
I would honestly come back just for the service.
Our waitress greeted us and was tied up with a big family and another demanding customer however the other waitress assisted us in the meantime.
We ordered and the waitress had a great recommendation for my sister who never has a clue what to order.
The grilled chicken tasted way better than the rubbery chicken from Cracker barrel.
The burger reminded me of my favorite Jr bacon from Wendy’s. Crispy bacon
I was underwhelmed by the hash browns and had to season it up.
I must say that I was VERY impressed with waffles.
The teamwork that I observed here along with friendly smiles made me want to come back again and again.

We had a stop to this waffle house., while traveling to NewYork.
We visited too early in morning around 1am.
And still amazed with the service and the staff were so friendly.
