Long wait, waited 8 minutes to place an order in the completely empty dining room. Two cars in the drive thru.

Visiting family in Louisville and had to go. We don’t have one in South Florida. Ordered a bunch of food online, went to pick it up. It was ready within 10 minutes. Got home and passing out the food noticed some missing food. Had to go back. Told the staff and they gave the food with no issues. Food was good. Staff was polite. The whole family liked the food. Dining area was clean. Will go back when visiting again.

Sat for 10 minutes at the drive through waiting for someone to take my order. Rude employee said “we’re short staffed!”. Got tired of waiting and drove on past the window when exiting and there were no cars ahead of me. My husband went there a couple weeks ago and waited forever to get served and decided he was finished with White Castle. Pathetic!

Ordered on Instacart for a quick pick up. My order showed ready 3 mins before my arrival and the drive thru was packed so I thought yay so glad I thought ahead! Instead I stood at the counter for a very awkward amount of time before ever being acknowledged at all. While watching one guy cooking, one filling sides and taking drive thru orders and a lady that seemed to be doing paper work and well anything but helping costumers. Eventually the cook came and asked about my order but the one that looked like it was mine wasn’t. Turns out it was old food from quote awhile back that no one picked up that just sat there. Needless to say even though the cooks were clearly under staffed and it took about 25 mins to get my order. The cook was apologetic and made sure my order was made correctly.

I was in Louisville visiting relatives and taking care of business. I told them this visit I was definitely going to WC even if I had to go alone. My brother took me for a weekday lunch. My wait of over ten years and enthusiastic expectations were dashed on the rocks. He had difficulty parking in their inhospitably dinky parking lot. The interior was dowdy and worn down. The staff was unenthused and mumbling. The red self-serve Come machine was obviously not monitored because so many options were grayed out. The condiment station needed attention. What a disappointment when I opened the first WC. The patty was no bigger than a saltine and had less flavor. The bun wasn’t greasy, it was slimy. The fries were the worst I can remember ever getting anywhere. They were starchy and pale and just plain awful. Overall this placed ruined my memories of late night WC trips. I no longer yearn for WC and doubt I will ever darken the door of one ever again. Thank you very little, WC.

I went into White Castle to place an order, for Veterans Day. Apparently, there were several employees working, in total. One was in the back another just standing near the fryer. I looked right at the girl, standing by the fryer and said she needs help. She didn’t nothing! Haley asked for help, but didn’t get it. She’s the only one who showed up. She didn’t have time to go to the back to get her employee. She worked the front counter and the drive through. Getting drinks and the food. She was professional, but understandably frustrated that no one would help her. She should get a raise, since she was running the restaurant, the only one taking care of the patrons.

Went for lunch. Unfortunately the drive thru was a bit slow, but that seems typical at any White Castle in the last few years. However, food was great and satisfied the Crave! Good job.

I’ve been going to this location for almost 30 years & I’ve never had a complaint, as long as they were fully staffed. If they are short staffed (Normally at night), then the wait time has been 1+ hours.

This is one of the worst white castles in this area due to their customer service. It take for ever to get your order taken. They always move slow in the Drive Thru or they are short of staff! They need to hire people who want to come to work and actually want to do there job!

This was the 1st time we were ever at a White Castle. My son has always wanted to try it out. The food was good. The prices were a little higher than we imagined. The staff was bickering back and forth with the manager, who must have said, “I’ll write you up” 8 times while I waited 15 minutes for my food. The floors were dirty and very slick in spots. We won’t be returning to this particular location.
