I ordered a triple burger with extra onions and pickles but I didn’t want onions all over my bread. I couldn’t even eat it I had to throw it away. I didn’t have time to take it back and get a new one made cause I have to take my kids to a drs appointment. But that is uncalled for and you have a manager working in the grill and they approved that to be sent out. Very unprofessional.

I paid for extra lettuce, but didn’t receive it on my mc chicken. The label even had extra lettuce printed on it, but I guess the workers didn’t feel like putting it on there. Not to mention the wait was crazy.

I just went through the drive-thru there was one car in front of me yet it took almost 20 minutes to get my food I ordered a Big Mac and a 10-piece nugget cooked to order the Big Mac with Stone Cold and for the 10-piece nugget being cooked to order you would have expected it to be hot but they were barely warm. The girl at the window that handed me the food has to be the rudest thing in the world she didn’t even say here’s your order have a good night thank you nothing . She just gave me a dirty look and handed me my bag I didn’t do nothing to her but you can guarantee I won’t be back. Although I did interrupter playing on her phone.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE, TRAVEL 5 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD TO THEIR OTHER LOCATION FOR MUCH BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE!!.If I could rate 0/5 I would. The service is awful and the customer service is non existent. Over half the time I order from this particular McDonald’s, at least one thing is wrong or missing. And that’s not an exaggeration. More than 50% of my orders from there have been messed up one way or another. And when the orders don’t get messed up the food tastes of uncleaned grills and unchanged grease constantly. With their chicken products you can tell they don’t watch the fryers as they should and pieces come out burnt and dry left and right.as of today almost $10 of food was missing from an order, and what wasn’t missing was almost inedible. Upper management seriously needs to step in as this is nothing but a shell of what could be a respected fast food place, like their sister location not even 5 minutes down the road.

The employee working at the drive through window tonight around 7pm was very unprofessional…first she didn’t take our order at the screen we sat there for about 15 minutes before cars started honking horns at us to move almost immediately after I pulled up, I overheard heard her taking the next persons order my daughter and I waited 30 minutes in line in total just for her to deny us service again at the window….she didn’t apologize for not taking our order and instead, she says pull back around and get back in line…after waiting all that time I DONT THINK SO? I saw an employee in the parking lot on my way out of line and told her about the situation, she responded and said *she doesn’t like white people so that’s probably why she didn’t take your order* I have never experienced anything like this before at this location and this young woman needs to be held accountable, my child just wanted her happy meal!!!

Visit was Monday evening. Thought I was placing my order with a machine at the drive thru because of the cold reception from the person. No problem because I have tuff skin.
Spent 40 bucks there.
The rating is mostly for the food. The oil needed to be cleaned or changed out in the fish fryer. The fish was a darker brown color and tasted like burnt oil.
A six year old could have put the sandwich together better. The top half of the bun was hanging out of the lid. Are we getting to the point where we will need to take every single piece out of the bag because you can’t trust them? They want 15 an hour. Look for more of what you have been hearing about in the drive thru.
I’ve seen the greater generation and how well things were done but the present one could never ever compare.

I’m starting to believe all the low ratings. I have came here different times. And each time there has been a problem with the food. Once I ordered a double quarter pounder for my wife and when she took the first bite, she spite it out cause the meat was still raw. When it took it back and showed the manager on duty, I got nothing but a new one made. No sorry about that or ill make sure that doesn’t happen again. Now this morning my boys and myself before school go and get breakfast. The hashbrown was not fully cooked and the orange juice is watered down to where you don’t taste orange juice, and I love mcds orange juice and this is nasty.

I would order but I tried coming here it’s only 8pm and it’s closed??!! No signs or anything saying why or what happened. I see workers in there but sure it’s “closed” when the other McDonalds is open right down the street. SMH
