Was at this location last night.
So while the staff were very polite and pleasant, I still got a double quarter pounder that was raw in the middle. Normally I would throw it out and move on but I spent a good chunk of the morning throwing up and feel obligated to warn others who may not want to share my experience

More than a few times in the last few months i have waited over 20 mins held hostage in the drive through because they gave my online order to someone else. The same situation each time. How can a franchise location be so incompetent? Who runs this place.
I ordered online at 4:06pm they gave my order away and had me holding everyone up for 30+ minutes before they moved me aside and served everyone quickly while I have to wait. My order is small lol

This one is for that wonderful lady Dee, one of the managers there apparently. Terrible customer service, taking my order with impatience and rudeness in her voice. As I confronted her she proceeds to explain to me “oh yeah so the customer is always right and without us we wouldn’t have a paycheck”
Sarcastic and rude. I understand fast food industry is rough. But uphold your values. Preferred not to write about this experience but you hold a role as a manager and this is the example you set for your employees? Be better.

Whoever was working the drive through was rude and added an extra item to my order without asking. She’s lucky it was only $1! She also didn’t even confirm m order or tell me the total. She says “pull forward” but did not specify which window to stop at. I slowed at the first window but she was faced away, leaning against the window talking to someone. I continued toward the next window and she finally opens her window, saying I drove past her… I reverse and I say, “oh you had your back to me!” In a nice way. She takes the payment and slams the windows shut. Okay??? Goodness.

I’d like to give special recognition to Trisha at the McDonald’s on River Road in Keizer (Store #7362). Every time I visit, she greets customers with such a friendly smile and truly professional attitude. She knows the menu and services so well, and she’s always patient and helpful. What really stands out is the way she treats both customers and her coworkers — with kindness and respect. People like Trisha make all the difference. It’s always a pleasure to stop by when she’s working. McDonald’s is lucky to have her!

Usually the food here is decent but tonight everything was awful. Got parked after the drive thru and had to wait over 10 minutes for the order to come out. Everything must’ve been packed in the bag at the start of the order because it was all ridiculously cold. The fries were inedible, tasted like they were made 3 days ago. Burgers and nuggets were cold. Even the QPC we were waiting for to get done was cold when it got to us. Seemed understaffed, obviously need more people to be able to handle dinner time.

Twice now in the drive thru for breakfast they have screwed up my order and I didn’t realize it until I got home. The order I did receive was old/stale cold. I think if I choose fast food as a breakfast option again it won’t be this particular McDonald’s.

I donate $20 -$30 a month to Ronald McDonald House. Never again. I got harrassed about how I wanted my burger yesterday.
It’s been about a month and once again this place is a flop. I ordered a daily double no mayo. Well guess what it had so much mayo that the bun was mush. Never again if I ever go to this McDonald’s again it will be for drinks only.They know how to do then. I will drive the extra miles to get food that is edible. Now you get a zero instead of a 1 star.

Excessive wait time. Confused staff. Cold fries, up charged for milk instead of soft drink, MISSING 4 ct nuggets and lettuce was everywhere BUT my sandwich which was also cold. PUT THE FOOD IN THE BAG, it’s not that hard!

This location is being ran by rude little brats who lack basic manners/communication skills. It seems if you dont order through the app, they have an absolute meltdown behind the scenes. To the drive thru chick that handled my order, the typical response to a nice “thank you” is not “YEAH”…. Its “YOU’RE WELCOME” Also, thanks for not giving us our dipping sauces we ordered for the 20 piece mcnuggets in our bag. You people werent busy at all. THIS LOCATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
